Fantastic 1 bedroom apartment, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach. Kitchen fully equiped. Small porch for children. Common barbeque for the building.

Great vacation spot in Altura. Between Monte Gordo and Tavira. 20 minutes from Spain. Amazing beach, warm water, low waves.

Fantástico apartamento de um quarto. A cinco minutos a pé da praia de Altura, é um sítio fabuloso para passar férias. Cozinha equipada. Pequeno logradouro para apanhar sol. Tem uma pequena churrasqueira nas áreas comuns do prédio.

Entre Monte Gordo e Tavira, a vinte minutos da fronteira espanhola. Praia sossegada, com água quente, e ondas baixas, ideal para tempo de qualidade com a família.

Un peu déçu Gasiniere ne fonctionne pas Rien pour chauffer de l’eau Pas de climatisation Lit dans la chambre qui grince énormément. Dommage appartement spacieux mais déco a revoir

Ok standard apartment for a week in Altura

The apartment is located in a nice neighbourgoud. Its standard is not the best, but ok for some days. Some furniture is old and could be replaced. Also the door to access the backyard is hard to open and close.

Excelente local para férias em família

Fomos um casal, uma adolescente e uma bebé. Boa localização, zona tranquila, e relativamente perto da praia, íamos a pé e demorava uns 10 minutos.

Opinião sobre o apartamento

Apartamento situado numa zona calma, perto da praia. Apartamento com condições, a precisar de várias reparações, mesmo para garantir a segurança das pessoas, nomeadamente a portada da varanda que não fechava mesmo e numa noite de vento batia e não deixava descansar. Dá ideia que precisa de ser mais supervisionado, principalmente antes da entrada dos clientes. Por acaso antes de sair, dei a indicação de lâmpadas fundidas, sendo que uma delas já estava quando entrei, mas nem todas as pessoas fazem isso, logo que entram novos hóspedes, podem existir estas situações. A única coisa que correu mesmo mal, foi quando cheguei por volta das 17h30, o apartamento ainda não estava disponível. Segundo informação, os hóspedes anteriores só tinham saído há pouco tempo, tinham deixado o apartamento muito sujo e a senhora ainda estava a limpar. Conclusão acabei por entrar por volta das 19horas. Os outros a apartamentos que costumo alugar têm como hora de entrada às 12/13horas, este seria só às 16h. Parecendo que não perde-se um dia, quanto mais entrando às 19h. De qualquer forma gostei da estadia. Faltavam algumas loiças que dão sempre jeito.
