Modern furnished apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of Vela Luka. The newly built house of modern architecture has a view of the city. The apartment has two double bedrooms of which one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and in the same room with dining area and living room. There is a pull-out sofa that can serve as an extra bed for one person. The bathroom is with shower and washing machine. In front is a balcony overlooking the Vela Luka and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the early evening hours. The owner lives in the second part of a spacious house. The apartment is air-conditioned and with internet access. Parking is provided in the yard of the house. Swimming pool runs on electrolysis , with deck chairs. Equipped gym with bathroom near pool area .

We have just had a lovely, relaxing stay at Villa Anita in Vela Luka. Anita & her husband are brilliant hosts and are so friendly, kind & helpful. The apartment and pool area are exceptional, with the added use of a gym room too. Thank you for such a wonderful stay xx

This apartment is superb. Spotlessly clean, great location, really well equipped, comfortable. Anita the owner is available but unobtrusive. OnIy 2 flats so the pool is not busy. Enough out of town to enjoy the view and the quiet but not too far too walk. Best apartment wehave uad through VRBO

More than amazing!

We don't know where to start... Anita was an amazing host, available and so kind. The house is perfect, on the hill with a beautiful view on the Harbour of Vela Luka (15min by walk an 3min by car). We felt like home, and the swimming pool was the best part to enjoy our days with our kids. Beautiful and clean gym space, lovely garden. Inside the apartment was very clean and we'll designed with everything we needed. Better than our expectations, we will definitely Come back, we loved our stay so much! Best place in the whole island

Auch dieses Mal haben wir den Aufenthalt in der Villa Anita wieder absolut genossen. Bei Anita haben wir immer das Gefühl absolut willkommen zu sein. Sie ist einfach unheimlich herzlich und fürsorglich. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist extrem gut durchdacht. Auch Waschmittel, Spülmaschinentabs, Müllbeutel, Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Obstschale und noch viel mehr - es ist einfach alles da, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaubsstart wünschen kann. Vielen Dank für alles. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Spitze

Wir waren dieses Jahr das zweite Mal in der Villa Anita und haben uns wieder extrem wohl gefühlt. Es war einfach alles vorhanden vom Klopapier, Essig, Öl, Pfeffer, Salz, Spülmittel, Handseife, Waschmittel…. bis zur super tollen Obstschale zur Begrüßung - wir hatten bisher noch keine Unterkunft, die so umfassend ausgestattet bzw. mit Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs aufgefüllt war. Man kommt an und kann gleich Urlaub machen - herrlich. Anita ist super nett und hat sogar unsere erwachsenen Kinder vom Fährhafen abgeholt und uns mit selbst gemachten Gebäck verwöhnt. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Hier gibt alles, was das Herz begehrt…. vom topp gepflegten Pool über Waschmaschine bis hin zum gut ausgestatteten und klimatisierten Fitnessraum, ist alles vorhanden. Liebe Anita, vielen Dank für deine Mühe. Wir haben uns wieder einmal sehr willkommen und gut versorgt gefühlt.

Geweldig!

Echt een aanrader!! Het is een prachtig, nieuw appartement, lekker schoon en ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Anita is heel goed bereikbaar via whatsapp en ze is erg behulpzaam! Ze deelt bijvoorbeeld graag tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. Super fijn! Het zwembad (met zout water, gedeeld met de gasten uit het andere appartement) is geweldig, groot, lekker warm en er is een prachtig uitzicht. Het appartement zit net buiten het centrum van Vela Luka, waardoor het lekker rustig is. Er zijn bijzondere diertjes te vinden, zoals schildpadden en gekko's. Het appartement heeft 2 2persoons bedden. Na een week kregen we heerlijke schone lakens en badhanddoeken.

Toller Urlaub

Anita ist eine sehr liebenswerte Gastgeberin, die sich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Wir wurden mit Wein, frischem Obst und weiteren Leckereien empfangen. Die Wohnung und die Außenanlage sind modern und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Anitas Tipps (Konoba Davorin 😋, Otok Proizd ☀️ und Andrej, ein talentierter junger Winzer🍷) haben den Urlaub auf Korcula zu einem besonderen gemacht. Herzlichen Dank dafür!

Amazing Villa

As soon as we arrived, Anita gave us a very warm welcome. The villa is just stunning, with beautiful views and just a 8 minute walk to the lovely Vela Luka centre with all the restaurants and shops. We travelled around Croatia for 2 weeks, but staying in this villa and town was the highlight of our holiday. Anita was so helpful and she was just the perfect host!
