Newly renovated, Cozy Condo less then 3 miles away from Nashville International Airport and only 150 yards from the Percy Priest Lake. Property has Lake access and is also a half mile from Safe Harbor Marina. There's So much to do near this beautiful home! Nashville Shores water park is 3 miles away. Visit President Andrew Jackson's home (The Hermitage). The Nashville Green Way a 20 mile long paved hiking or bike path that runs from Hermitage to Downtown. Lots of great restaurants and bars within a mile or two. That's only a small portion of what you can do in Nashville! Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please place all the dirty towels in the wash machine and set it to hot water then start it. Strip the beds and leave the sheets in front of the washer.
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher (not pots and pans that are sink wash only.
Take out all trash to the dumpster across the street.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must park in spot H-9 or any spot without a number or letter on it. Must use parking passes provided at all times. No boats or oversized vehicles.
Checking out: empty garbages, wash any dishes used or place them in dishwasher. Strip the sheet off the beds. Place all used towels on top of dryer.
No partys or loud noise. Be respectful to the neighbors.
