Enjoy the sun and scenery of southern Utah in our spacious one bedroom condo with private balcony. This clean and relaxing condo is all you need to enjoy beautiful Southern Utah.
This condo is beautifully furnished, sleeps four comfortably and extra sleeping on additional couch, with a washer, and dryer, and is close to a large number of activities.
The clubhouse has plenty of activities for your family. It has a family pool and an adult-only pool, hot tubs, tennis and pickle ball, racquetball, basketball courts, play areas for the kids, and shuffleboard.
The condo is near shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, and other activities such as hiking, biking, mountain biking, and running trails.
The condo is a short driving distance to amazing National Parks; Zion and Bryce.
Several State Parks, Snow Canyon, Quail Creek, Sand Hollow, Gunlock Reservoir, and Beaver Dam. Tuacahn
Amphitheatre is within a 15-minute drive of the condo.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Wash the towels, put them in the dryer. You do not need to wait for them to finish drying. Laundry detergent is in big closet. If you are checking out early and don’t have time let us know.

Hand wash any dishes/cooking appliances that can’t go in dishwasher.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

-NO SMOKING of any Kind. If you smoke in the house/near the house to where the smoke permeates into the house, you agree to pay a fine of $200.

Dog owners- -Dogs need to be on leashes. -Pick up dog waste. -Report any damage. -No cats

It was exactly what we needed. The host provided great instructions, and it was perfect for our small family of three. We used the condo as a base camp for our climbing and biking trip. Great to be able to cook and use the hot tub at the end of the day.

I am a high school English teacher and my wife is a professional organizer. When we aren't enjoying the condo ourselves, we like to share our little slice of heaven with the rest of the world.

Why they chose this property

We love Sports Village and everything it has to offer. Brad likes to ride his mnt bike from the condo and Tamra likes to relax by the pool and soak in the hot tub. Sports village has something for everyone. Plenty of fun things for the kids but also great if you just want to relax by the adult only pool. Beautiful landscaping with lots of grass and walking paths throughout complex.

What makes this property unique

Not all Sports Village one bedroom have a private entrance. Our one bedroom is located up a half of flight of stairs onto a private balcony deck. Inside it has vaulted ceilings that make it feel very spacious. Laminate flooring throughout so it is very kid and dog friendly.
