This house, located in Solin, sevenkm from center of Split or two km from fortres Klis ( famous Game of Thrones filming location) is ideal for 4-5 vacationers. It offers 2 bedrooms, a private pool, a furnished garden and a terrace. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration, and the outside has the terrace and the balcony where you can enjoy the views of the city, the mountains, the sea and the swimming pool. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet.

Nettes, kleines Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Ferienhaus ist für 3 Personen ausreichend. Es gibt einen Wohnbereich, in dem die Küche integriert ist. Küche hat alles was man braucht. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche, genügend Handtücher waren vorhanden. Im oberen Bereich sind 2 Schlafzimmer. Alles ist sauber und nett eingerichtet. Sehr schöne Außenanlage mit Sitz- und Essmöglichkeiten, dem beheiztem Pool und hochwertigen Sonnenliegen.Zu dem Haus gehört ein schöner Garten mit Oliven- und Granatapfelbäumen. Wir sind sehr herrzlich empfangen worden und Zeljko, der Vermieter, hat sogar einen tollen Mittagssnack mit einer Flasche Wein bereitgestellt. Man ist schnell nach Split und auf die Festung Klis gefahren- absolutes Muss für Game of Thrones- Fans... Uns hat es gut gefallen- würden wieder kommen...

Ein Haus mit Pool und Ausblick

Ein sehr schönes Häuschen mit ausreichend Platz für eine kleine Familie. Das Haus steht in einem wunderschön gepflegten Garten mit Oliven-, Granatapfel- und Feigenbäumen. Es gibt mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten im Außenbereich. Besonders schön ist der Schattenplatz unter dem Weinrebenplatz: herrlich. Genauso wie der Blick vom Balkon am Abend auf Split. Auch die Umgebung ist sehr schön. Eine kleine Herausforderung ist die Zufahrt zum Haus, ABER nur beim ersten Mal , danach ist es Routine und man parkt direkt am Haus. In Solin finden sich mehrere Restaurants, Besonders empfehlen können wir Konoba Gurman. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter lief problemlos und unterstützend. Da infolge eines Brandes in der Umgebung auch die Telefonleitungen betroffenhnd dadurch gestört waren, hat der Vermieter Ersatz organisiert: schnell und unaufgeregt. Es war einfach ein rundum wunderbarer Aufenthalt such dank des Vermieters.

Just seven kilometers from the center of Split, you have your own peace. In the fenced yard of 800m2 you can enjoy the swimming pool in the shade of vines and olive trees.
