The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cookware and utensils you’ll need.

Step outside to walk to the slopes or take a peaceful hike through the fragrant pines of the San Bernardino National Forest. While in Big Bear, be sure to stroll through the charming village — it’s a must-see that you’ll love!

In spring, summer, and fall, enjoy lake activities, outdoor concerts, live theater, the latest movies, and plenty of dining and dancing options. Spend the day on a lush golf course or treat yourself to a pampering session.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was familiar with the summit townhouse rentals, I selected unit 60 which met our needs of four adults. The unit was supplied with the necessities for a stay, however the dishes were dirty, the showers stalls were dirty and the dining room table was sticky and not clean.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location!Clean.Only downside to the unit is there was no washer and dryer. But that would not keep me from not renting it again. Woman in the office was very accommodating when it came to late check out....
