Log Cabin Escape - Full Log Cabin Home

Authentic 1800's Log Cabin home renovated with modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Relax in the Country!
This charming log cabin is fully furnished with a full refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker pot and K cup dishes, washer/dryer and cable TV. Ponds are just a short walk from the Cabin but are for you to use canoeing, for picnic, fishing or available fire pit. (catch and release only for the fish). Bring your own charcoal for the grill.
2 queen beds are available. One is in the loft above the den accessed by a ladder in the living room, the other in a private room. Soak in the relaxing tub after a full day’s work (shower also).
(Pets upon approval $10/night per pet and No Smoking.)
This rental is for paying guests only for liability reasons. Should you have friends/family visiting you, please get them approved in Advance. If they will be staying the entire day, please add them to your reservation. We have tried to make the property as safe as we possibly can, please enjoy the property at your own risk. We are not responsible, or liable, if anyone would happen to get hurt. By staying at our house you agree to these terms.

17 miles from Davy Crockett State park, in between Huntsville, AL and Nashville, TN, 7 miles off I-65. 5 minutes from the town of Pulaski. Less than 8 miles from Dolly's Tennessean Truck Stop.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking is allowed OUTSIDE the property. Please do not throw butts on the ground.
Fishing is catch and release only. Please keep the pond area clean. Take all trash with you.

We only stayed for one night coming home from Florida, however, it was the cutest little cabin and very peaceful/relaxing! My kids loved the loft where one of the beds was located, but it does need to be noted that the only way to get to that loft is by way of a wooden ladder. It is sturdy, but if you are older or have some physical disabilities/limitations, you just need to be aware of that. The master bedroom is easily accessible and the beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the owners labeling everything in the house with clear instructions. I was also pleasantly surprised to see that they provided a lot of essentials, like coffee, creamer, condiments, waters, etc. Their communication was very good as well! We would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was very clean. Our host communicated with us quickly. We were able to park two SUV’s at the cabin, although the Suburban stuck out into the driveway a little. Each room had a separate air conditioning unit which allowed us to set the desired temperatures for each family. The only real negative was that my brother-in-law is over six feet tall and he could not stand up straight in the kitchen because the ceiling is so low. He also had some difficulty with the low shower head. All in all, the cabin was cozy and allowed us to spend time together.
