Why they chose this property

This home was purchased in early 2015. The home was completely renovated including new bathrooms, kitchen, HVAC systems, floor, and fixtures. The Bewley's purchased the land in 1966 and built their dream A-Frame home in 1981. The adjoining land is still owned by the Bewley and Arrington families. There is seldom a time when one can not see livestock, deer, and various kinds of birds.

Behind the "Arrington" name is the meaning "eagle" from the old English origin and history. The three bedrooms have been named after the Eagle theme.

The home is unique because it is in a rural setting but close to the heart of south College Station. Minutes away from Texas A&M and the Bush Library.

What makes this property unique

We drove by the Arrington Home every day as we would come and go from our personal house. We put a contract on the property the first day it was listed. Rooms can be rented out as a B&B or the entire house. The home has a unique atmosphere that could host small wedding events, couple retreats, bridal/baby showers, dinners, cooking classes, and company events. House located at 2321 Arrington Road in College Station.
