We LOVED our stay at this property. The oceanfront view cannot be beat. The room is appointed exactly as described in the listing. Check in/out instructions were simple, clear, and not a mile long. We would absolutely stay here again.

Communication with the host was great. Very responsive. Location was great. Right near a beach with two others just down the road. One with some of the best snorkeling we have experienced in numerous trips to Hawaii (Richardson Ocean Park). Access to downtown and running trails was only about 10 minutes away.

Pleasant Oasis on the Big Island

I really enjoyed staying at this Inn that is right off the ocean. Chris gave us a warm and welcoming introduction to the place. Really a lovely visit in a very pleasant Inn.

The room was spotless, the view and access to the ocean was amazing, the location to places to eat and a black sand beach with sea turtles was within a couple of miles. The check-in and out was easy and they had beach equipment including chairs, snorkels and a couple of beach towels. I would love to come back here if it wasn’t so far away from Missouri.

Secluded and beautiful and right on the beach

We only stayed for two nights while we explored the big island. Wish we could have stayed longer, location right on the beach, for snorkeling, and privacy. Secure parking, and wonderful balcony with a view. Hosts were great.

Great find! Felt like a treehouse beach house

This is an awesome location, 5 minutes from town, and right next to the best beach parks. Parking is great as well. The unit is super clean, comfortable and updated. Would definitely stay here again. The hosts are very friendly and helpful as well. Perfect spot in Hilo

Great view of the ocean, just past the parking lot. Due to the coqui frogs and the park street lamps, please consider providing ear plugs and sleep masks. Good coffe, one cup per day, at this price point seems a bit slim. Actual cutlery and plates would be a nice upgrade. Access to the ocean is very, very good!

Beautiful location but froggy nights.

Overall really enjoyed this very clean stay and beautiful location. Much nicer than any of the local Hilo hotels I’ve stayed at. Very near to the beach but a bit disappointed that we could not sleep with the windows open to hear the waves because they were drowned out by the frogs.

Pristine

Incredibly maintained property. Roomy space and comfortable bed. Great suggestions from the host for restaurants and things to do. We suggest ranger tours at Volcano National Park.
