Escape the hustle and bustle of city life with a mere 1.5-hour drive from Toronto to our serene lakeside retreat. Nestled on a quiet bay, our cottage boasts 165 feet of Lake Frontage, providing the perfect backdrop for your getaway.

Measuring approximately 1400 sq ft, our cottage features a spacious deck, ideal for soaking in the tranquil views. Inside, you'll find three bedrooms, while a cozy Bunkie with a pullout couch offers additional sleeping space during the summer months.

The heart of our cottage is its open-concept design, seamlessly blending the kitchen, family room, and dining area. Fully equipped with modern amenities including a stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker, our kitchen ensures your culinary needs are met. A full bathroom with a large shower complements this area, while Internet, smart TV, and a selection of board games provide entertainment options for all ages.

Venture down the main hall to discover the inviting bedrooms, including a Queen bed, a bunk (double, single, single trundle), and a master suite overlooking the lake, complete with a King bed and its own entrance to a shared washroom. The master suite also houses a convenient stackable washer/dryer.

Step outside to enjoy the abundance of outdoor amenities. A bunkie with a pullout couch and TV provides a cozy retreat during warmer months, while a spacious deck with a barbecue and dining table offers the perfect setting for al fresco meals. Additional outdoor seating surrounds a fire table on the lower deck, and a new 7 person salt water hot tub creating an inviting ambiance for evening gatherings.

A short stroll leads to the sandy, shallow waterfront, where a beach entry provides easy access to the water. Explore the lake with our included amenities, including a canoe, two kayaks, two kayaks for kids, two paddle boards, and a peddle boat. After a day of adventure, gather around the outdoor fire pit next to the beach for s'mores and stories under the stars.

The cottage is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Our kids loved playing in the new outdoor hot tub. The cottage also provides a variety of water equipments such as canoe, kayaks, paddle boat, etc. There was no boring moment during our stay in the cottage. Would definitely recommend it!

We had a wonderful few days. Was four adults. House itself is wonderful with a fully stocked kitchen, a comfortable living area with a nice big tv, and a large dining table. Bedrooms and bathrooms were fine for our few days.Outside. New hot tub was wonderful, though I would have liked patio stones from stairs to tub. Deck was wonderful as well with nice views down to the dock. Have to be careful of the step down as it is a 2 level deck. Loved the fire pit with plenty of muskoka chairs to use. As well they had some fun lawn games to play. Did not use any of the water toys, but they have canoe, kayaks and a paddle boat.Overall we really enjoyed our time and would go back.

A beautiful cottage with lots of amenities. The canoe, kayaks, and paddle boards were key highlights. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment and dining utensils. Both bathrooms are usable for showering. The deck has lovely views and multiple seating options. The hot tub was not yet available when we visited but I would love to return to check it out. Gravenhurst is a very short drive and offers anything you might need. The hosts provided extensive instructions and we had no problems checking in or out. I would highly recommend this place for groups up to 8 (or more if you don’t mind sharing space).

The cottage was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved fishing off the dock, canoeing and kayaking, and enjoying s'mores by the fire. It's not quite "beachfront" as the kids brought sand toys but couldn't really use them, and due to the number of weeds, the water isn't great for swimming. Luckily, it wasn't too hot when we visited, so we didn't have much interest in swimming anyways. The kids also caught quite a few frogs and even saw a snapping turtle. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked, and Vivian was very responsive when we had a couple of questions. All in all, a great family trip!!

Great place to getaway for a few days.

The cottage has more than everything you need and is still a close drive to all amenities you would want. My 4 year old loved it and even my elderly grandmother was able to enjoy the home and the firepit area. Would highly recommend.

This is a very nice cottage and I would recommend it to others. The cottage is very modern and very well equipped. The cottage provides many water sports and toys for the kids. It also has a great view of Sparrow Lake.

We enjoyed our stay at All Seasons Muskoka Retreat on Sparrow Lake. The property was exactly as advertised - clean, spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The peaceful lakeside setting was beautiful, and we especially enjoyed exploring the lake by pedal boat and kayak. Vivian was an excellent host, providing clear communication and all the information we needed for a smooth, stress-free stay. We appreciated being able to enjoy the barbecue and backyard gas fire table. Although there was a fire ban in effect across Gravenhurst and the Muskoka region, the gas fire provided a nice ambiance. Keep in mind that swimming or jumping off the dock is not ideal due to the weeds. This is beyond Vivian's control and simply part of the lake's natural environment. While the property is fantastic for kayaking, canoeing, and other paddle sports, those looking for a swimming-focused vacation may want to take this into consideration.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return, especially in the fall when the cooler weather, cozy fire pit, and spectacular autumn scenery would make the experience even more memorable.

Wonderful property with peaceful lake views! The cottage is simply lovely with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We enjoyed the ample living space and large kitchen. Family long weekend
