My wife and I stayed at this property three nights. Absolutely everything that we needed was provided, moreso than at any other place we have stayed in our 35 years of travel. The apartment was very clean, very quiet, and very comfortable, located in a beautiful neighborhood. Our hostess, Denise, was friendly and helpful. We hope to book this lovely apartment again when we return to Houston. Highly recommended!

We loved our 2 night stay at this apartment behind a house in a historic district in Houston. It’s a very walkable neighborhood for a morning walk. Its central location is excellent for restaurants and museums. The unit was just what we want. An excellent mattress. Good pillows. The kitchen was stocked well beyond what you normally get at a VRBO. And because it is behind their own home, cable TV instead of having to log on to YouTube TV. Hosts were responsive when texted. I almost hate to be so complimentary because it’s close to our daughters’s condo and we would like to stay again!

Hosts Denise, and Jim were amazing. Small apartment, comfortable , and clean. Suitable for one person or a couple. They provided everything needed, plus complementary breakfast, snacks, water, and soda. There is one flight of stairs to get in the apartment. Jim was kind enough to take my luggage up. I would definitely stay here again.

My boyfriend and I loved this space! Check in and check out process was very easy. The apartment was very clean. In the summer heat, the strong air conditioning was a life saver! Denise stocked the fridge with any thing we could’ve needed for breakfast. The bed was extremely comfortable. Denise was a hospitable and very responsive host. We loved the area the apartment was in. Anytime I’m in Houston, I’ll be returning to this stay.

Very impressed, quiet, it’s own private parking. Owner on property in case you may need anything or have questions. And the place comes with a lot of perks, but you gotta book to find out.

Everything was exactly as described and honestly even better than expected. The place was extremely clean, comfortable, quiet, and relaxing, which made it very easy to settle in and feel at home.The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the little extra touches and goodies they provided. I arrived pretty late at night, and having a few snacks waiting for me was a small detail that ended up being incredibly appreciated after a long day of traveling.You can tell the hosts really put thought into making sure their guests are comfortable and have everything they need. The entire stay was easy and stress-free from beginning to end.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay in Houston. Five stars all around!

This is our 2nd time to stay in this adorable apartment. Easy access to amazing restaurants, parks and downtown. Apartment is clean and cozy equipped with all the creature comforts. Hospitality is top notch. Outdoor area is a wonderful spot to listen to the birds and squirrels why having your coffee in the morning. Will always stay here when in Houston.

This place was perfect for our trip to Houston. Denise was very responsive to all messages. This little gem is very homey. Denise has it set up with premium towels and anything else you may need along w some welcoming food and beverages. It’s nicely decorated and very comfortable. The outside porch is a bonus. We will definitely put this place on our favorite list and use again when we come back to Houston.

As advertised, the apartment is adorable; it also came with snacks and breakfast items, coffee pods, and a very friendly host who greeted us warmly. There is a nice off street parking space, and the location was unbeatable for what our plans were. I recommend with no hesitation. One note to very short folks: you may need the kitchen stepstool to climb into the very tall bed!
