Located just one block from the beach, this unit is part of the Palm Beach Hotel, designated a historical landmark. Luxury hotel accommodations with the unique feel of private condominium, plus fully equipped kitchenette. No car Needed, walkable to many surrounding locations. Fully furnished studio suite with 2 Juliette balconies. Flat screen TV, Wifi. Granite counter tops, stainless steel full size refrigerator and microwave. Comfortable Queen Murphy bed makes it possible to turn the nightime bedroom into a comfortable daytime living room. Additional top quality Castro convertible twin bed, stored in the oversized ottoman. Plush oversized down filled chaise lounge for afternoon relaxation to enjoy the tropical fresh air coming through the Juliette balcony. Formal dining room table in room. Granite top round breakfast table with accent chair by Juliette balcony with sun shining through and exotic palm tree in front. View of infamous Breakers Hotel on balcony. Beach chairs, cooler, beach blanket and beach towels in room. Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, dishes, glassware, silverware, toaster, blender, pots, pans, bowls.

24 hour front desk, large year-round heated swimming pool, and lounge chairs sorrounded by lush tropical garden. Fitness centre. Barbeque facility with tables and chairs in the garden area. Library on the mezzanine level with game tables and comfy furniture for relaxation overlooking glamorous lobby. Laundry facility. Barber shop, beauty salon and spa in the building. Beautiful, cozy, wanted for nothing!

This cozy studio was so well organized and decorated with every essential that you could want down to beach chairs and an umbrella. The location was perfect, about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to down town palm beach not to mention all of the places right outside our door. I loved the Juliet balconies!! I would defiantly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again!

Lots of choice on VRBO and air BB but this place was brilliant and we defiantly made the right choice. Location is perfect for everything you’d possible want to do while visiting Palm Beach. The studio was spotless and well laid out. The building is well looked after by the management company and the staff are very friendly. The public areas are massive and lots of choice on where to sit relax, read, zoom work, sunbathe etc… we visit Palm Beach every year and this will be our first “go to” accommodation. Thanks Iris for sharing with us!!!

Great location!

This hotel unit is VERY well located. You are walking to all the lovely shops and beaches of Palm Beach. While the unit is small (think NYC Manhattan hotel room sized), it is a clean room very well appointed. Fridge, microwave, hot water kettle, etc all are there. It was great for my wife and me. We enjoyed Palm Beach for a fraction of the cost of a hotel and we were able to walk everywhere. We would recommend it!

Beautiful studio in Palm Beach

The property is in a beautiful quaint hotel/condo. The French windows and Juliet balcony gave a wonderful view of the street. We could see both the beach and West Palm Beach. It has easy access to the beach, restaurants, and Worth Avenue. We had a wonderful time!

Great location if you like the ocean and great food. Very well maintained. Parking is a little tricky but with some planning you can work around it. Really cool place in a historic building setting. Check out the breakfast at the green restaurant just up the street.

The historic Palm Beach Hotel is really old. It is like traveling to another time. I liked it but I didn't like the smell.

It takes you back to era gone by of Glamour and Leisure. Once you visit here you never want to leave or you will keep coming back. great adult get away

Great beach get away! Come planning to rent a bike for getting to your various destinations along the beach. Grocery store is across the street if you are trying to keep food expenses down. Otherwise the location is surrounded by many upscale restaurants and a fabulous French bakery right downstairs. The bike rental shops are also within a block. A great upscale adult get away!

One of my favorite places to visit is Echo, restaurant right across the street from hotel, where I can admire my place and its impressive architecture from the terrace, while enjoying a glass of wine on a beautiful breezy Palm Beach night.

Why they chose this property

After my first visit to Palm Beach Island I knew I had to come back to experience more of this enchanting tropical paradise. The walk to everything location was attractive to me. We are located only 15 minute taxi ride from Palm Beach International Airport and only one block walking distance to white sand beaches of Atlantic Ocean. I enjoy the local fine dining experience, antique shops, and biking paths along the inter-coastal just one block away. Island loved exquisite authentic French bakery is conviniently located right in the building for breakfast or lunch. A supermarket with deli take out conveniently located across the street. Palm Beach hotel takes me back to the 1920's era gone by of Glamour and Leisure. The Palm Beach hotel was built in Spanish Mediterranean style by eminent New York architect Mortimer Vickinson Metcalfe and built by Thomas A.Clarke. With its twisted columns with Corinthian Capital that line 400 foot colonnade. Twin mission style bell towers over the entrance add to it's beauty. As well as decorative urns, ornamental brackets, lion's head rain spout, and textured stucco finish with terracotta roof line.
The Atlantic Gulf Stream approaches the Palm Beach County coast closer then anywhere in the nation, bringing warm water to the south making this a perfect destination for year round vacation with many fun and relaxing activities. The possibilities are endless.

What makes this property unique

The area is only three block stretch between Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Walk to everything location. No car needed. Two Juliette balconies in this suite open up to a beautiful view of famous Breakers hotel on one side and Trump Hotel in the distance on the other side. You can see fire works on special holidays directly from your suite. Major supermarket across the street with takeout deli. Exquisite island popular authentic French Patisserie in the building to enjoy breakfast or lunch by the pool or on the loggia. A full service bike/moped rental shop in building. Directly across the street world class fusion restaurant, within a few minutes stroll, a wide range of fine restaurants. Short distance to Famous Worth Ave shopping.
