This ultimate vacation pool home boasts 1800sq. ft.of living space in the deed restricted private community of Braden River Lakes. The home is nestled among lush tropical palms and Florida vegetation. The home is completely fenced to provide privacy and a natural setting in the backyard tropical paradise.

The interior of the home is light-filled and decorated in tropical hues through out. There is a formal dining room, living room, family room, kitchen table with seats for 4, a woven rug and is tastefully decorated with a tropical theme. There is bar seating in kitchen with three stools overlooking the backyard pool. There are 4 sets of sliding glass doors that all open out to the lanai pool area. The kitchen has granite countertops, stainless appliances, including fridge with ice and water dispenser, glass cook top stove, microwave and every dish and service you will need for dinners in or outside on the patio. The laundry area with washer and dryer is conveniently located just inside the home from the garage. Entertainment is available with a 50" flat screen TV in the living room, as well as 2 other tv's located in the queen bedroom and the king bedroom. The children's bedroom has two twin beds with room for 2 adults/ children. WIFI internet is included for all your wireless devices.

The ULTIMATE ENTERTAINING outdoor space has two different patio areas one with a metal dining table and patio umbrella, lounge seating with splash sunshelf in pool . Covered lanai area has light and ceiling fan perfect to read a good book and listen to the pool bubbler. There is also a play area on the side, and the far end has a concrete deck with chairs. There are also beach chairs provided that can be moved around the backyard for the sun lovers to relax and catch some rays, read a good book, or enjoy the heated pool year around and shell island along the sidelines of the backyard with lush tropical plants.

The tropical pool is large enough to swim laps. The pool is approximately 26'x13' and is 3' at the shallow end and 5' at the deep end. There are three steps going from the patio to enter the pool as well as a swim out in the deep end. There is a small sun shelf with a bubbler to sit on the top step. Optional heated pool for winter guests with the fee charged upon arrival of $25. per day.

In the master bedroom, you'll sleep comfortably in a king-sized bed with comforter, feather pillows, a large walk- in closet, Sealy posturepedic mattress, dresser, and side lights, fan, enjoy Cable TV, and an en-suite bath with dual vanities, garden tub, open tiled shower, and separate toilet room with large master bedroom walk in closet. The split plan offers additional two bedrooms on the opposite side of the house one with twin beds, small night stand and lamp, and walk in closet. While the second bedroom has white, and coral hues with a queen size bed with down comforter, dresser, small night stand, side table, lamp, flat screen smart tv with table and large walk in closet. The two back bedrooms share the central bath with shower/ tub combination with vanity with single sink. This bathroom also serves as the "pool" bath so you can easily shower after a day of playing in the pool.

Every amenity has been thought of including board games and toys for children and teenagers, a high chair and folding crib/playpen for baby is also available upon request. This community offers a large lap pool, sand volley ball court, tennis court, and playground for small children and baby swings all within a short 2 minute walk. Don't feel like cooking, no problem Outback, Appleebee's, Gecko's, Pizza, Migi Sushi located within walking distance as well as Publix grocery, Office Depot, Dollar Tree, and Tractor Supply Store.
