1) the base rate is based on double occupancy. Extra guests will be assessed a $25/extra guest/night fee.
2)Ski boots, ski poles, skis, snowboards are NOT allowed in the unit as they may damage the floors and the interior walls.
3) DO NOT provide a Parks Canada pass. The Discovery Pass is nontransferable and the Park Staff have been clamping down on unsigned passes in the town of Banff and Lake Louise. It is a violation of the terms and conditions to share a pass

The perfect spot!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Clean, well equipped, great location and the view was spectacular! Easy access to trails, shopping, restaurants and adventure. Communication with the host made it so easy. A very relaxing experience!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay in the condo! It was clean and we felt safe! That is most important to us. The communication with the owner was always quick and helpful! The condo had everything we needed. The location of the condo is incredible! We loved eating local and taking a walk downtown. Canmore has an awesome walking trail not far from the condo! Mountain retreat

Fabulous location situated on the edge of down town Canmore. Walk to Main Street and all the great shops and restaurants. Just a short drive to many great hikes and world class ski hills. Would stay again for sure.

Great stay!

We had a very comfortable stay here. It is a great location walking distance to shops and restaurants and easy to get to Banff. The place was spacious and clean. One thing to note is that the parking space in the garage is very tight, so just be aware if you have a larger car. Overall it is a great place to stay!

We are drawn to the Canmore area for its scenic beauty and fun activities. Hiking, skiing, mountain biking makes it a year round destination for an active family. Excellent restaurants and great microbreweries make the wind-down after a hard day out on the trail relaxing and soothing. Being downtown means you don't have to get in your car after dinner. Rather, a walk back to the apartment with views of the mountains brings magic to your stay.
