The condo was in the perfect location, it is close to everything that we need. The place had everything that we needed for a 2 1/2 month stay, and the building was awesome and the staff was great.We could no have asked for a better host!

We had a pleasant stay. The building is well managed and the property manager was available to address questions during our stay. A convenient location in Waikiki and close to Ala Moana.

A Memorable Stay

This property is very well equipped and well maintained, located within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and beaches. The traffic noise arising from Kalakaua Avenue is somewhat bothersome at times.

Bring ear plugs and a scrub brush! This property was built in 1994 and the apartment is showing it's age. The amenities are very nice and mostly well kept. ( The hot tub was inop for our last week). It is located at one of the main entrances to Waikiki and is in easy walking distance of our favorite shops and restaurants. The bad news is that the traffic noise and emergency vehicle sirens are practically nonstop and the apartment has little or no soundproofing. The main A/C unit was extremely loud. It actually helped to drown out the outside noise but you couldn't hear the TV with it running. The cleanliness of the apartment was also not up to our expectations, especially at this price point. The showers and bathroom grout were especially gross with mold. The kitchen cabinets were unclean inside and out and badly chipped and water damaged. The fabric pillows and cushions smelled like they were never cleaned. The 400 cleaning fee is obviously not being well spent. Find some people that actually clean! I spent several days of our vacation cleaning so I'm sure we left it in better shape than we found it. We will continue to search for nice, clean, quiet accommodations for our annual Hawaii vacation. This place wasn't it.

Great Condo

Location is perfect for us. The building and grounds are very well maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful and 24/7 security is great. Property manager JR is very friendly, easy to work with, and always willing to help with any questions or issue that need attention.

Great location, great building, great apt manager

This is the second time we've stayed in the building. JR is very attentive and accommodating, and the security staff is very kind and common elements are well-maintained. Although the unit comes with parking, we don't rent a car. Walking and The Bus work well.

Landmark convenience

Great trip to Hawaii and stayed at the Landmark for 1 month. Very courteous staff and friendly owners in the building. Building is kept clean with fresh flowers in lobby weekly. The pool is extravagant. The kids loved swimming here daily, and the beach is a 10 minute walk. Also easy stroll to go shopping at A la Moana as well great location. JR the property manager was super helpful and responsive. We felt at ease and we’re able to enjoy the property.

If you’re looking for a really nice upscale condo in Waikiki I highly recommend you stay at the landmark Waikiki. I understand why they call it a five star and I could not agree more.
