Largest Two Bedroom/ Two Bath in the Village, Sleeps Eight & Close to the Beach


Located in the lower village, ground floor unit #20C has two lanais and a patio. The condo is surrounded by a private, tropical lawn area where children may securely play. The very light and airy 1700 square foot unit is situated on the corner of the building and features cool tile floors. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room.

The Wailea Ekahi Oceanfront Village is located on Keawakapu Beach which is perfect for children with its gentle surf and was also voted Most Romantic Beach on Maui. The walk from 20-C is four minutes til toes in the sand! Enjoy sunbathing, swimming and snorkeling. Scuba lessons are available on Keawakapu beach and stand up paddle boards can be rented nearby. Boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys are available for your days in the sun. Beach towels are in the basket by the living room TV.
From November to May watch the whales play.

Golfers: Ekahi Village is across the street from Wailea's Blue golf course and the Gold and Emerald courses are further south. Down the road from there is Makena's course.

Tennis players: The Wailea Tennis Club is only a short drive from the condo.

The Village consists of 35 acres of beautiful tropical grounds with two story low rise buildings. No elevators or giant parking lots. There are three 'quiet' pools, one of which is only 150 feet from our unit. The main pool is next to the beach. This pool has a pavilion which is complete with a full kitchen, a gym and BBQ grills. Pickleball courts and shuffle board are also on property. The famous ocean walking path in front of the Wailea hotels is only a short stroll down Keawakapu beach. Walk on sand to fabulous restaurants, but don't forget your flip flops!

BBQs are located at the small pool by our condo, the main pool and building 47. Carry dinner and wine down to the beach for a Maui sunset treat!
Pavilion BBQs are available 7 am to 10 pm.
BBQs by the smaller pools are open 3-8 pm.
NOTE:
A starter set of dishwasher detergent, liquid soap, paper towels and garbage bags are included.
A starter set of bathroom soap, facial tissue, toilet paper and shampoo/ conditioner is included.
A starter set of washer detergent is included.
Please do not feed chickens that roam about the property.

We love Ekahi Village overall, and the owners of this condo were very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. The unit has a spacious layout and being on the ground floor was definitely a plus.That said, we tend to prefer locations within Ekahi that are along the main greenbelt corridor with the open lawn leading directly to the pool and beach. This unit is still an easy walk, but the path takes you across a parking area or along the road in front of the complex, which wasn’t quite as ideal for us.The condo itself was comfortable for our stay, though it felt a bit dated and on the darker side inside, so some updates and brighter lighting could make a noticeable difference.Overall, we had a good trip and appreciated the hospitality, but would likely look for a different location within Ekahi for our next visit.

We have gone a very long time with nothing but positive reviews so this surprises me, especially after just replacing our couch, easy chair and kitchen appliances. Also after accepting their last minute booking at half the normal cost to help them out.

Our stay in the condo room 20C was wonderful! Our host was welcoming and easy to communicate with. Our family of 4 adults and one child was very comfortable in the condo. The beds were great and the AC and fans kept the temperature at a pleasant level. The location was an easy walk to the pool, the beautiful sand beach and ocean. The kitchen had everything that we needed. The indoor dining table and the outdoor table on the patio each had room for 6 people. The TV worked well and the living room couch was large. We used both the grills at the pool pavilion and the one located about 2 minutes walk from the condo. A pickle ball court is also only 2 minutes away. We highly recommend this condo and hope to return again in 1-2 years.

This was our 4th time staying in this unit. It has plenty of room for a family of 4 even as the kids have grown. We have traveled around the States and the world but Maui no ka oi! Maui is the best! We keep returning again and again and are never tired of our home away from home or the island. Now our four grandsons are enjoying the pools, jumping the waves and digging in the sands of Keawakapu Beach!

Why they chose this property

We first discovered Wailea Ekahi while on a golf trip with friends. Two years later we bought our Hawaiian home to enjoy not only the fabulous golf courses, but unparalleled Keawakapu Beach and the tropical grounds and privacy of Wailea Ekahi Village. The low density property is filled with vibrant flowers and open lawn spaces. Sunsets on the beach are the highlight of each beautiful day on Maui. Maui's pace is therapy for busy lives on the mainland.

What makes this property unique

Very light and airy 1700 square foot unit is situated on the corner of the building and has cool tile floors. Fully air conditioned plus ceiling fans in every room. Wireless internet is available. The living room has a 37' flat screen TV and the large second bedroom suite is perfect for teens or friends with its own TV. The condo sleeps eight on beds. The unit has more square footage than other two bedroom condos in Ekahi. The beach, pool and pickleball court are all very close to our place.
