The house and property are beautiful. We so enjoyed relaxing on the deck, a family campfire, and large living area to gather for family meals. We were all very surprised and appreciative of all the little added touches that made our stay comfortable. And the kitchen and all its amenities…was amazing! We packed the kitchen sink not sure what we would need for our large group, but found everything we needed at this amazing property.

The house was beautiful! Better than our expectations. And we were met by our friendly hosts who gave us a tour. I had reached out to them twice before our stay and received a quick response each time. Trout Creek was also so beautiful. Rest and relaxation were what we were looking for and what we received in spades!

The house was a great size for our big group and in a beautiful location. It had lots of bedrooms and a cute play area. The kitchen was large and had a lot of equipment. We had a few issues with things not working properly (the grill, a TV, the stove) but nothing too serious. There was also a problem with stink bugs dead and alive crawling everywhere. The host said usually they sweep them up but had not able to due to being out of town. The check in time was also quite late (1700) and the check in time quite early (1000).

What a fantastic place! We were in Trout Creek for a family wedding and needed to accommodate a crowd, and this property was perfect. We had 15 adults and two little ones. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. I’ve never stayed in such a well equipped vacation home. Every detail is thoughtfully considered. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is a dream, and we all loved the wraparound deck. Our little ones enjoyed the playroom and the provided toys. The surrounding area is spectacularly beautiful. This would be a great space for a family reunion. Rebecca responded promptly to all of my questions and concerns. We managed to pick the warmest weekend of the year for our stay. Some of the rooms are equipped with mini-split air conditioning units, and some of the bedrooms had oscillating fans. The house was warm in the evenings, but with the fans and open windows we were comfortable. We definitely recommend this property.

Just Awesome!

It's not perfect, but we had the best time ever! Everything was working in our advantage: the house, the weather, the people... This was the best relaxing vacation we had! The owners were so welcoming and they, literally, put their awesome property at our disposal. Thank you Rebecca and Nick for everything!

Amazing vacation rental

Beautiful house, beautiful grounds, beautiful scenery!! We enjoyed our stay so much. We used this gorgeous large rental as our home base while we day-tripped all around the western Montana area. This house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need while vacationing with your family. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need/want. So many extra pillows, blankets, towels. Every room had a working fan and TV. Shampoo and Conditioner in every shower (and plenty of hot water). Hand soap at every sink. We have 3 girls (ages 4, 7, and 10) and they LOVED this house!! Lots of games to play, big yard, trampoline. Plenty of TVs throughout the house, but we didn't even turn them on... too busy playing! Evenings spent out on the balcony relaxing were just lovely. I have stayed at many VRBOs and this one really impressed me. The owners really have thought of and provided everything you could want or need. All of the kitchen appliances work. There were two coffee makers and they supplied coffee, sugar, creamer. HUGE collection of spices. An amazing 6 burner gas range, double oven and flat grill... all in perfect working condition. Plenty of trash bags, dish washer pods, toilet paper. Rebecca was also super responsive to any questions we had. She always got back to us right away!

Perfect place for a wedding

We loved having our wedding here. The house was large enough for our party. We did not have our ceremony on site because we wanted a greater view of some water. The house was warm and inviting and perfect for large groups.

A beautiful reunion location

Our large family was comfortable with the number of King and queen size beds. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and the dining area with ample seating. The deck was a very relaxing area with comfy seating. We watched an amazing storm from the deck. We hiked in the forest and swam in Noxon Reservoir. It was a great experience!

Super spacious modern cozy vacation home

I have come to this vacation rental both in winter and summer. The property owner is extremely accommodating. Love staying at this house. The house is huge; 3 levels. Perfect kitchen area to cook for a large group. Plenty of seating and tables for eating. Beautifully decorated; homey atmosphere. Plenty of fun activities available for kids while adults can sit back and relax. There is a ping pong table, trampoline, and a hot tub on the deck. The deck has a fabulous view of the lake and is very relaxing both in the daytime and evening! The beds and bedding in each of the rooms were extremely comfortable and cozy to sleep in. This particular trip was in the winter and the kids loved being able to walk outdoors and play in fluffy snow. The property is beautiful and makes for a good hike; exploring the woods. I would definitely recommend this place for either a family vacation or large group who want to enjoy vacationing in a modern, luxurious house with a beautiful view and amenities that surpass your expectations! Five stars from me!

The house was great. The only downside was the lack of a/c...the first night, especially. Local weather (smoke from area fires and extremely dry conditions) curtailed outdoor activities.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. There were 18 of us for a family vacation.

The house was beautiful inside. The large open main room was great and accomadated all 18 of us quite well. The decor was very pleasing and the outside wrap around deck was very pleasant. The kitchen was nice and large. However, the large side by side freezer didn't work. We used it for a pantry. The dishwasher didn't run a complete cycle. The kids had fun on the trampoline and we roasted marshmallows in the fire pit. The only other thing was that the ad said 7 bedrooms and we only had 5. Worked out well for us though especially with the 2 large bunke beds. For our refund back in a timely manner. Owner was friendly and helpful.

At the time of this rental the downstairs was not included for guests to use, but now it has been updated with a total of 7 bedrooms upon renting of the home. The main freezer in the kitchen has been repaired and is working now. Sorry for the inconvenience. Once the dishwasher cycle starts and you open the the door it has to be set to start again for it to complete its cleaning cycle.

It was great!

We really enjoyed our stay! The large kitchen and open concept of the living and dining room made it perfect for our very large family to be together without having to sit on top of each other! Would love it even more if the basement would be rented as well....would be nice to be able to send the kids down there. And Rebecca was a wonderful host!! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The Downstairs first floor game room with a ping-pong & pool table and a 50” TV is now available with the rental of the home. Perfect area for kids and or adults to hang out.

We loved our stay for our large family gathering. Beautiful scenery, spacious rooms, great outdoors for a walk. Lots of cooking and dining space. The owners were great to work with.

Lovely home with an even better view.

My wife and I had our wedding here last weekend and Rebecca was so amazing at helping us problem-solve for decorations, tables, chairs, and more. She had to be out of town but was able to grant us access to the home. Plenty of space for 20 of us with 4 dogs. Can get a little tricky with showers for a group this large but we ended up just tapering our shower times. Plenty of space to park and play yard games.
