We enjoyed the week of Thanksgiving here. We were right on the beach overlooking the Gulf. The condo was nicely appointed for relaxing and cooking.

This condo was everything and more !! It had everything we needed for an awesome week at the beach !! We definitely look into renting again!! The only problem we had was staying connected to the WiFi , I believe that was do to the router being inside the dresser !!

This is our 3rd stay at Villa Madeira in a different unit each time. This one appeared and smelled very clean upon entering. It was well stocked with beach essentials including, 5 new chairs, toys, float rings, boogie boards, and an umbrella among many other things. If I could make a request for the future it would be for a beach canopy. There was a camping style canopy, but it waa corroded shut on the zipper, plus it is super heavy. We typically fly down so all of these things are much appreciated. Customer service was friendly, quick, and efficient with a minor need we had. Thanks for sharing your place with us this week!

Love!! Very spacious for our group! Love how close everything was! And the views? AMAZING!!! Has everything you needed for the kitchen and for outdoor beaching! Would definitely stay here again! Only bad (not so bad) thing I would say would be the carpet could use a good deep shampooing!

1st visit to Madeira

We loved how close it was to the beach and pool! Really enjoyed the balcony as well. Loved how the closet had beach toys and entertainment, chairs, etc. That was really helpful since we flew to FL from PA. My oldest two had to share a room. Neither could fit on the pull out in the laundry room. The wi fi password was incorrect (which worked out for the better to limit usage!) There were ants on the kitchen counters. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay! Loved how quiet it was and the private access. Thank you!

Beautiful Sunsets

Plenty of room for 5 adults. Couldn't find extra sheets for the twin pullout or the pullout couch. There was an extra set of king sheets in master so used them. No beach chairs on the property, so bring your own. There is only 1 kitchen towel, so if you cook, bring a couple extra, one is not enough. The view is spectacular. Overall, this is a lovely condo. Property management was very pleasant.

The kitchen cabinets were sticky and greasy with old dirt inside and out. Appliances, dishes , pots and silverware dirty with food stuck to them. Black dirt dropping from the a/c vents . Fan in small bathroom extremely noisy. Very dated and disgusting unit.

Very impressed with how clean this unit was. Master suite was the perfect layout! Loved having the screened in porch. You can’t get any closer to the beach. Beach was clean and property was well maintained. Property locks were a bit finicky but managed. Would definitely stay here again!

The support received from TRS (Travel Resort Services) was absolutely wonderful (very responsive) and the reason we rented the unit for next year for a few weeks longer. Great location and unbelievable views. Some items inside the unit were dated but hopeful for a few upgrades before out next visit.

Property was as advertised. The view was awesome! You get a sunset every night. We thought that we wouldn't like the screened deck, but we didn't mind it at all. Furniture and amenities could use an update, but we were outside way more than inside.
