This amazing 2 bedroom direct oceanfront condo is the PERFECT spot for your Vacation. Direct oceanfront views, excellent complex, close to town.
Sea Village Resort reflects the tranquil beauty of the Big Island. The resort is centrally located located 1 mile from restaurants and shops on Famous Ali'i Drive.
Located on the 2nd floor, newly remodeled Vinyl Plank flooring installed throughout the Living Room in 2023.
This fully remodeled unit is a guest favorite, and the views are absolutely breath taking.

The pool area is located beside the sea wall, so guests can enjoy a peaceful swim just steps away from the crashing surf.
Hot tub, communal BBQ and Tennis court available for guest use.

Kona town is just a short drive from Sea Village Kona. Kona town offers a large choice of restaurants, stores and art galleries. Most of the Big Island activities depart from Kona town.

We loved this property! From the moment we entered the front door and the stunning view from the lanai greeted us, we knew we had chosen the right place to stay in Kona. This property is exactly as described with comfortable furnishings, well equipped kitchen, amazing views and a nice supply of beach gear to enjoy snorkeling, beach and pool time. The lanai is perfect for morning coffee and an eve glass. Easy access into Kona Town as well. We had one minor issue and the response to our request was quickly resolved. Perfect stay!

Lovely unit with great oceanfront views

The alcondo unit was very clean and tastefully decorated with local decor. We really appreciate the "extra amenities" such as snorkeling gear, beach chairs and beach mats. We would highly recommend this place at Sea Village to family and friends.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There's no AC. I understand it was our own fault for not catching that when we booked, so I'm listing it first here for others. There's no AC.The temperature itself wasn't a huge issue while we visited, but having to leave the screen door and windows open to allow air flow presents additional challenges. The humidity was high, and everything is just a little sticky from being covered in salt spray. And everyone has their windows open, so the noise coming in is a lot. And the bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in. I would not return and definitely do not recommend.The view is as beautiful as shown in the listing.

Great location and fantastic view!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was near perfect. It is well equipped, both inside (kitchen, bathrooms, etc) and for the beach. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, goggles, bucket and shovels, coolers!! You can’t beat the location. The lanai is amazing. We saw dolphins playing in the bay and a manta ray feeding at night along the rock wall. The only down side is no AC. It got very hot in the afternoons. There are several fans available for use, but it was still uncomfortably hot.

The property was extremely clean upon arrival and had everything we needed. The view from the porch is amazing, and you can see the sunset. We stayed in two different places this trip and while we were able to deal with stuff at the time—lots of cockroaches (expect some but not that many), issues with the codes, no AC, poorly stocked kitchen (felt more like a hotel trying to cook right off the bat), we enjoyed the area and grounds but compared to the other place, it was lacking. The communication was super quick and we got a new access code quickly. They were responsive to our ideas but we wouldn’t be quick to go back without knowing things had been addressed. The view is absolutely perfect though, which was definitely a major saving grace! They did have chairs and coolers which were super helpful too.

Best view of the Kailua Kona beach front - we had dolphins a couple of days. beautiful sunset's just a relaxing place. We will do it again in the future.
