Kona Pacific B-409 is a remodeled upper floor condo with breathtaking ocean views!
The owners have extensively upgraded and made changes that every guest will absolutely LOVE!

This condo has an extremely spacious lanai allowing access from all rooms: Living room, master bedroom, and 2nd bedroom.

The owner has equipped anything you might need for your Vacation. Wifi, Beach chairs & towels, TV's in both bedrooms & very large TV in Living Room! Air Conditioning in all bedrooms and living room!
Overhead fans in every room, including the lanai to keep you comfortable.
The master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a Shower to use.
An excellent option for 4, as there is a Queen sized bed in the master, 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom.

Delightful apartment, gorgeous view

Spotlessly clean, convenient underground parking, WiFi & TV great. Gorgeous view of Kailua and sunset from the wraparound balcony/lanai. Very well equipped even down to ice maker, beach towels and snorkel gear. Knutson (agent) comms were a bit were a bit scattergun via email and multiple phone numbers ahead of the stay but once we checked in they were pretty attentive - replaced the broken toaster in 30 minutes! AC a bit noisy. 25 minute walk to downtown and this is a tropical climate.

Time at Kona Pacific

We were part of a group of 13 ( 3 condos rented ) all family members. Our plan was to spread my Mother's and my Sister's ashes in Kona which was my Mother's favorite island. My immediate family of 3 were lucky enough to have stayed at this condo the property was amazing. Within walking distance of town, restaurants, and most important the ocean. Our view was fantastic. We appreciated all of the beach goodies available at the condo including ice chest, beach towels, sun screen, beach chairs, etc. The condo was beautifully decorated. Carpets looked brand new. The condo included everything that you would need at a vacation rental making our stay very comfortable. Thank You so much.

Lanai is the best

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Ample space for our family of 4. The lanai is large and accessible from all rooms - so relaxing to sit and look for whales swimming by. Good location close to food and shopping. The kids loved the Pool. Parts of the condo were definitely older, but overall very comfortable and met our needs perfectly.

Lovely lanai

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really appreciated the cool north facing lanai and water view. Kona Pacific Condo

My wife, her two adult daughters and I stayed here for 4 nights in January 2024. The best thing about this property is the location which is excellent. It is close to and walking distance to restaurants, stores and the waterfront. We also attended the Voyagers of the Pacific Luau at the Royal Kona Resort just across the street. Ali’i Street a few yards away has a bike path on both sides and is a great place to go running. A short half mile walk south on Ali’i street is Hon’l beach which has a small sandy beach a shaded grass area and toilet and shower facilities. Another beach close by about four miles south is Magic Sands Beach which has parking and shower/toilet facilities. I gave four stars for the check-in because the management company Knutson & Associates has strict instructions regarding the stay but the condo was not ready for us at 4:00 pm. I understand that some circumstances are beyond their control and they did do their best to compensate us for the inconvenience. The condo is clean and comfortable with three full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The door to the MB bathroom was broken but they promptly had it fixed the next day. The living room and bedrooms had window air conditioning units which some reviews had complained about the noise and sometimes when it cycled on in the MB it did wake me but it made the climate more comfortable to sleep. We walked everywhere to eat at night. Overall it is a great place to stay with oceans views from the lanai.
