Very nice vacacion home, and well located

Konstantinos is really sympatic and is all the time available if something is required. The house is well equiped and well located to have the possibility to visit the most important site of the Crete

Beautiful and Quiet Villa

Konstantinos and his parents were excellent host s, going above and beyond all expectations. The property has an unparalleled view of Heraklion and a thoughtful layout. Highly recommended

Wonderful View!

Familie Huet We spent a wonderful week in February 2020 at Villa Balcony. The Residence is situated on the hillside with Picture window and patio shoreward to Iraklio. You can see the beautiful sunrise, over mountains and the sea, while sitting on the sofa with a blanket - best feeling! If you like to have breakfast and lunch on the patio, while enjoying a wonderful view on the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains, if you like to sit near the fireplace or to play chess in the evening, enjoying the awesome view over the lights of Iraklio, Villa Balcony is the perfect place to spend your vacation. We also appreciated the central position of the residence so we could visit both, the coast and the mountains. Konstantinos and his brother already waited for us at the airport and helped us with the car rental and on arrival at the villa, a meal, cooked by their Mum waited for us, so we were immediately comfortable in their home. They are hosts who take care of their tenants in an extraordinary kindly way. The Villa is well arranged, at the same time useful and stylish. If you want to spend an unforgotten journey in Crete we recommend Konstantinos and his residence!

A wonderful 10 days

Lack of communications upon arrival on both sides of the table. But once communication was establish the management team fulfilled all promises and beyond. Was greeted with baskets of fruits, wine and a tour that made my stay more enjoyable. The place had the most incredible view and fantastic outdoor patio for just relaxing. Lastly, but must compliment the owner, because of the failure of our first day communication, he personally traveled to the airport to return my first day rental fee. un beau cadre dans la montagne au dessus de la ville

un peu à l'écart au milieu d'une belle végétation, une vue imprenable sur la baie, une maison trés spacieuse et un accueil des plus sympathique... un propriétaire qui ne demande qu'à vous rendre le séjour . que demander de mieux.

Great villa with an incredible view!

Overall excellent stay. Constantinos was in close communication with us through multiple changes in the ferry schedule and met us at the port when finally arrived. He and his father graciously accommodated our late arrival and even assisted us when our car rentals were messed up by late ferry arrival. They even had a meal waiting for us at the villa, knowing we would be too weary from traveling to go out or cook. The villa itself is spectacular, perched on a mountainside overlooking Heraklion. The size and layout were great, and it was very well equipped. Sitting on the terrace in the evening cool and watching the City lights come on was great. The only caution we would have for future guests is that the place is not air conditioned. There are ceiling fans, and many windows with screens, but in the heat of a Cretan summer, it can still be quite warm at night.

Villa agréable avec une vue fantastique

Konstantinos et son papa Alex sont vraiment charmants, à l'écoute et soucieux de rendre service. Nous avons été accueillis à l'aéroport, ce qui facilite les échanges quand on ne parle pas le grec. Leur villa est facile à vivre, bien équipée et la terrasse spacieuse bien exposée offre une vue imprenable sur la mer de Crète et sur Héraklion. Nous recommandons cette propriété tant pour la farniente que pour des excursions à l'ouest (Knossos, plage de Malia, Agio Nikolaos,...) qu'au sud (Phaïstos, plage de Matala,...) Un grand merci!
