La propiedad cuenta con 1500 metros cuadrados con dos construcciones principales autenticas yucatecas la casa grande donde esta la habitación principal con su baño, la cocina , la sala y el comedor y la casa chica que cuanta con una recamara y su baño en un jardin hermoso lleno de vegetacion local, la propiedad cuanta con piscina y poso de agua fresca potable y una terraza con camastros.
