Missing items from pics, found old food under the furniture, Dirt and spider webs everywhere like no one was there for weeks. Plus mouse dropping. Was supposed get code and leave info hours before check in, but didn't get it till 45 mins after the time we were supposed to be inside. Had to call about 10, 12 times between two phones to even get them to pick up to get inside. For how much it cost, it should have been way cleaner and on time for things.

When we proactively followed up later to ensure your stay was going well, you again assured us that "everything has been great." We take great pride in maintaining a very high standard of cleanliness and stand behind our cleaning team, so we are surprised by these claims. Had you mentioned any dissatisfaction or missing items when we reached out, we would have immediately sent our team to address them. We always want our guests to have an exceptional experience and wish you would have given us the chance to assist you.

The host was very helpful providing extra details and had excellent response time. We were pleasantly surprised to see how close we were to downtown shopping! With the quick drive to PeaknPeak it was a perfect location for our party of 17 ages ranging from ages 8 to 71.
