Ben is an excellent host. The property is well maintained. We were especially happy about the well equipped kitchen. We stayed for two weeks with our baby daughter and would definitely come again.

Great Location!
This property is in a great location near Vanderbilt beach and is very cozy. I stated here with a family of four and we were very comfortable. Kids loved the pool and the home is located very close to the beach as well as the shops at Mercato.
House worked out great for family. Plenty of room for 5 adults and pool was great. One mile walk to beach and 1/2 mile walk to Mercato. Great location!
I manage and own multiple VRBO properties in central MN in the Alexandria lakes area. What I strive for in excellence, simplicity, and leaving no detail untouched, this home met all of it! Thanks again!
WE LOVED OUR WEEKLY STAY IN NAPLES. THE HOME WAS ON A QUIET STREET. THE THREE BEDROOMS ACCOMODATED OUR FAMILY OF 6. THE HEATED SALT WATER POOL WAS ENJOYED BY ALL. THE 4 BEACH CHAIRS, UMBRELLA , BEACH CART AND SMALL COOLER WAS VERY HELPFUL FOR OUR BEACH DAYS. BEN WAS VERY ACCOMODATING AND SUPPLIED A STROLLER, PACK AND PLAY, CRIB, HIGHCHAIR AND BEACH WAGON FOR USE FOR THE 2 AND 4 YEAR OLD GRAND KIDS. WE APPRECIATED THIS VERY MUCH.THE KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU WOULD NEED.WE DID USE THE OUTDOOR GRILL.VANDERBILT BEACH IS ABOUT A MILE AWAY WAS A LONG WALK FOR US WITH 2 LITTLES. THEY HAVE A CIRCLE DROP OFF SO WE USED IT IN THE MORNING AND MY SON IN LAW DROVE RENTAL CAR BACK TO HOME AND TOOK ONE OF THE 4 BIKES SUPPLIED AT HOME BACK TO THE BEACH AND LOCKED AT THE BIKE STAND. THERE IS A PARKING GARAGE AT VANDERBILT BUT BEING SPRING BREAK WEEK IT WAS FULL MOST DAYS. SO HAVING THE BIKE WAS A PLUS. WE DID GO TO LOWDERMILK BEACH IT IS LOVELY YOU PAY TO PARK THERE I BELIEVE WAS 4 $ PER HOUR AND THEY HAVE A CONCESSION STAND WITH FOOD AND BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS. WE WENT TO DEWIGGINS STATE PARK BEACH AND PARKING WAS FULL HOWEVER THEY HAVE A FLOW OVER PARKING LOT CONNER PARK AND A CIRCLE DROP OFF AREA AND MY HUSBAND PARKED FREE AND WALKED ABOUT 1/2 MILE BACK TO BEACH . THIS BEACH HAD NICE BATHROOMS WE ENJOYED MERCATO SHOPPING CENTER WHICH IS NEAR PROPERTY WE DROVE THERE FOR DINNERS AND ICECREAM.WALMART AND LOTS OF STORES NEARBY. NEEDS IMPROVEMENT- MATTRESS TOO SOFT, ICEMAKER NOT WORKING

Worst Naples Experience !
We have stayed in Naples for the month of February every year for the past 12 years and have had only excellent experiences , that streak just ended . We arrived to a property with leaves , sticks and a very large broken umbrella sprawled on the front patio . The door code did not work . After 2 calls and a text the property manager reset the code and we entered . Both toilets were broken , the shower door in master bath was ready to fall off , the shower was a trickle of water and the shower door was taken off in the other bath and stored in the garage . The back door was unable to lock which was unnerving . The property manager did a temporary fix with duct tape after TEN days . The oven did not work and was replaced . Just about every light in the house did not work due to bulbs and batteries which needed to be replaced . The plumber did fix the shower head but then 3 inches of water filled the shower which he fixed days later . The photos posted were not the same furniture in the house . There was a huge collection of odd stools and baskets scattered around the house to fill space. The garage was filled with leftover broken furniture , a baby crib etc and of course the front gate was broken and never repaired .The first six days of vacation was spent waiting for repairmen or the property manager to fix things . The positives were a warm pool and a nice location . This vacation rental was a disgrace !! Be warned and stay away !!!
The Beach Pearl - Pool House was a great location to walk to vanderbelt Beach and the Mercado. Accomodations were very good. Loved the pool. Perfect for 4-6 people. Ben was great at responding and overall communication.
Location was great - close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Home and pool were beautiful and well stocked for our needs. Was a comfortable vacation spot for a family of 4 with two young(er) teen boys. Host was quick to respond. Enjoyed our spring break!
We chose this home for location to Vanderbilt Beach and Mercato shopping/restaurants.
The garage was stocked with everything you would need for the beach. We also enjoyed the poop and the privacy we had.
The interior was neat and clean. Wish host would have provided some information on how to use television, but we figured it out.
Overall, I would recommend this home.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and pleasant. My one suggestion is that the owner provide information (e.g. a booklet) regarding how each of the items within the property work (e.g. heated pool, TVs, WiFi/internet, front door, driveway gate, etc.) as we have found with other properties that we have rented.

Pretty nice house, nicely located, regarding most services and the beach. For the most part we enjoyed our stay. 2 things in particular rubbed me the wrong way though:
#1 - I had to chase down access instructions upon arriving in FLA. I believe access instructions are the sole responsibility of the property owner or designee. I received an email (from VRBO) several days before flying, that said access info would be provided in the coming days. That info never arrived. Considering the rental process, and the fact the renter "has to" make payments by certain dates, I believe the same should hold true for the owner. The owner or designee should "have to" make access info available by a certain day.
#2 - Some appliance or perhaps the pool, calls for water constantly. The auto-feed process clunks the pipes in close proximity to the master bedroom. The clunking goes on day and night. I did mention to Ben. Perhaps there's something that can be done to fix that situation, but I believe for the money (paid in advance!) a good night(s) sleep should be expected, and future renters should know, and be able to inquire about, before committing to the rental.
Last thing.. I gave "cleanliness" a middle of the road vote, mostly because of weeds inside the lanai.. Large, crazy weeds growing out between the paver stones, in the immediate walking area (bare feet!). The house was clean upon our arrival but the weeds had been long ignored.
I'll start off by saying this was our first time using VRBO and after reviewing multiple properties in Naples online we chose Ben's house and I could not be happier with our experience. The house was clean, quiet, and had every amenity we could need including beach chairs & a beach cart and was in a fabulous location only a couple blocks from the Mercato shopping and dining area. The home has a gated driveway making it feel extra safe & private. Speaking of privacy we loved the tall hedges and landscaping around the screened pool- no nosy neighbors while you swim or tan! King size master bed was extremely comfortable and bedrooms have ceilings fans. Beach is a short drive or aprox 20 min walk (you could walk but it was too hot for us) We chose to park in the garage off Vanderbilt but get there early as it does fill up after 3pm as the Naples sunsets are a regular attraction. Short drive (16-20 min) to Downtown area, 5th Ave, Tin City , Bayfront, Naples Pier but plenty of great food and entertainment up North also. Off 3rd EJ's on the Bay is a must for breakfast! (The Bloody Mary is one of the best I've had) Ben was a very gracious host answering many of my questions about the area before our stay as it was our first time in Naples- but it definitely won't be the last! We have already discussed coming back for our 2nd stay and will definitely return to this property! Top Notch Host! Thanks again Ben!
House is set up really nice and the backyard pool is very private. A lot of storage space, beds very comfortable. Close to grocery and shopping. and beaches.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very relaxing and quiet. All the amenities were as expected and very clean.
Unfortunately we had to leave 5 days early due to the Covid-19. We were not infected at all however due to a request from our Canadian government to return home as soon as possible we chose to leave.
Enjoyable property - we love this neighborhood. House was clean and well appointed. comfortable furniture. Plenty of towels. Would like to see some instructions on lighting and fans as it wasn't easy figuring it out. About a 20 minute walk to Vanderbilt beach. Mercato - lots of fun. Overall a very nice home.
We loved our stay at this property! The interior is neat and clean. Lots of drawers, closets and baskets are provided for storing all your stuff.
The heated pool was really nice (towels are provided) and there are beach chairs and a wagon for hauling if needed. The location is convenient to shopping, beaches and restaurants.
The property is very secure with a gate at the drive and the whole perimeter is private with fencing and bushes. The doors have a touchpad lock.
We all slept very well in the beds. Linens and comforters were provided, along with towels and beach towels.
We hope to return again!
