Have Mo’Fun on Logan Martin Lake- Recharge/Swim/Fish & play—2bd/2ba Cottage

Charming 2bd/2ba cottage features open floor plan, hardwood floors throughout, gas starter fireplace, screened porch with uninterrupted views of lake, adjacent deck, fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, Kurig, microwave, toaster oven and chef’s utensils available), fresh interior paint, w/d in hall, private master with new bath featuring large walk-in shower,gorgeous interior with loads of charm, charcoal grill,outdoor fire pit, private lighted dock- ideal for fishing, swimming and docking boat during your stay. Flip flops and groceries are all you need for an enjoyable get away.

We require a 2 night minimum stay and offer special event pricing rates for Talladega Motor Speedway race, holidays ($179-189 night) and short term leases. Our home is a 10-12 minute drive to speedway. We are located approximately 45 minutes from Birmingham/ airport and 18 minutes from Pell City. Please contact us directly anytime with specific questions and help planning your next vacation or holiday.

We recommend River’s Edge Marina and Poorhouse Branch Marina for boat rentals or you may bring your own, launch nearby and dock at the cottage during your stay.

We continue to make improvements and add fun exciting things to our property for guests to enjoy. We welcome suggestions from our guests.

We enjoy being able to open our home to others and value the love and memories shared at Mo’ Fun Cottage. We want to insure that our guests are agreeable to helping us continue sharing this special place and leaving it better than they found it for others.

Why they chose this property

After years of visiting area lakes and considering water front property, we found this adorable cottage online. When we visited in person, we knew as soon as we reached the drive way -- this was ideal for our family. The scenic rural drive to property, combined with the quiet cove setting, rustic charm, and deep water at dock are features that set this lake house apart for us. Our property is conveniently located within 2 miles of Clear Creek Marina and approx 15 min from Pell City which offers several grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and conveniences.

What makes this property unique

We've carefully selected décor and furnishings with a fun, functional, comfortable and vibrant ambience in mind. We hope you'll find the screened porch as hard to leave as we do! It's the perfect place to relax or read a book after a day of swimming, boating and fishing. Grilling dinner followed by s'mores at the fire pit and playing favorite card games are some of our favorite things. The most unique benefit to this property -- is completely designed for those who treasure simplicity -- we are television and wireless free, so please bring your cell phone & computer with hot spot should you need access to internet.
