Is it time to get away from the hustle and bustle of it all? This is the place for you, for intense relaxation, fun galore and plenty of room for friends and family! Pensacola Beach is a lovely beach environment without the overcrowding typical of other Gulf coast beaches and has a little something for everyone. The waterfront home offers amazing sunrise and sunset views and the most enticing, sandy bottom play place for children and adults, just outside the back door of the home. Guests will enjoy the 11 foot therapool with spa, pool and exercise features, onsite paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, water trampoline or large lilly pads for jumping, tanning and playing games. The house has a one of a kind indoor rock wall and oversized spiral slide from the third floor to the second. The two car garage has play space with ping pong, indoor basketball game, several beach bikes and numerous water toys. The back patio provides oversized Adirondack chairs, an outdoor dining option, a bar serving area, large wooden swings, ceiling fans and a sand pit for the kiddos to enjoy all of the beach toys. It’s also fabulous to sit on the dock at sunset and have a most spectacular sunset view. This home has recently been nearly fully rebuilt, including wall, roof & ceilings…repainted, also adding smarter spaces, room privacy, many updates, an electric fireplace, usb outlets, added safety features, new furniture, accessibility elements. 21 people can sleep in beds, rather than needing sleeper sofas or futons. There is also plenty to do on the beach and at the several restaurants, parks, sporting options and nightlife areas within easy walking distance or a golf cart ride from the beach house. We look forward to hosting new guests and welcoming back those who have loved the Serenity Beach House, to enjoy its newly updated version.

The host was welcoming and touched base with us periodically to make sure all was well. The accommodations were perfect for our group of 10. We also had paddle boards, kayaks, bicycles, a hot tub and a ping pong table to keep people active. Weather was perfect for taking advantage of the ‘toys’. Highly recommend this place.

The house itself was beautifully decorated, spotless, and stocked with everything you could possibly need: towels, sheets, kids’ toys, bikes, board games, kayaks, fishing gear, and more.The hot tub was a favorite spot for relaxing, and the spacious layout made it easy for our group of 15 to spread out comfortably. Graduation celebration

We had family and friends stay from multiple states to celebrate my daughter graduating from HS. The house is fantastic! The location, amenities, and lots of beds made for a wonderful vacation for all! Staying right on the water and having a dock to jump off was the ultimate fun for all of us! We also enjoyed the hot tub a lot more than I would have thought! It cooled down in the evenings and we really loved getting in and watching the gorgeous sunsets!

We had a large family group visit aged from 3 to 67. We really enjoyed all the outside seats and swings. It was nice to have a bunch of water toys supplied and wagons to take across the street. Easy access to the gulf side and a quick walk. House was great to accommodate us with kids and unmarried adults. I would not recommend for large groups all wanting private space. The 4 added rooms are small and not necessarily completely private. That definitely did not keep us from enjoying our stay.

Wow! We had an unforgettable stay at Seaside Serenity Beach House on Pensacola Beach! The house was perfect for our large group—plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, with 9 private bedrooms that gave each family their own comfortable retreat. The thoughtful touches for young kids, especially the play areas, made it stress-free for parents. We gathered for family dinners in the spacious dining area, watched breathtaking sunsets from the deck, and spent our days enjoying paddleboarding, kayaking, and beach activities just steps from the house. Family Retreat!

We had a surprise party for my fiancée here with some family and friends! The house is amazing, and great for family events. We so enjoyed the outdoor space and the views!! Best vacation ever!!

This property was beautiful!! My stay exceeded expectations!! This was my first time on Pensacola beach with my family, it was so much fun. The property is very clean and well maintained. My favorite part was the doc leading out into the bay with a perfect view of the sunset every night. You might even see dolphins swimming around!!! This house has EVERYTHING!

This house was perfect, it has everything you could need to have a great stay at the beach! My kids played from sun up till sun down everyday and kept finding more toys in the garage. The private dock and water toys make going to the water very convenient even with toddlers napping on different schedules. Tammy was wonderful and answered any questions very quickly. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great house for family and fun.

Enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. Excellent place to unwind and have time with the family. It has everything that you'd need to enjoy yourself. This house is different because there is so much to do here. The only negative thing I can day is the trampoline needs to be serviced and a few of the bikes. That's all I can say that needs improvement.

This bayside home has the best of both worlds. The kids had a lot of fun in the bay and on the dock with less worry from the parents. No rip tides here. It was a short walk to the beach to enjoy all the sand, wind and waves of the Gulf. The home is lovely. The owner is attentive to every need. This was one of our very best vacations. Wonderful property on the bay! The home accommodated our group nicely with plenty of beds for everyone. We had a rough year with a loss in the family & Tammy provided a card & tea light vigil supplies for us to remember our loved one. So sweet! The home was clean and there were many toys for the kids to enjoy. The best part was sitting out by the bay in the evenings and spotting a few dolphins. We also enjoyed the hot tub. We all had so much fun! At first I was concern because the home did not have a pool. We had MORE fun without the pool. The owner had so many floats, paddle boards and a large floating pad to use in the bay. Everyone loved using the bay all day long. Then when we went to the beach loaded up the wagon and just walked across the street about 4 blocks to the beach. The home had so many rooms and bathrooms we were all very comfortable. The home was beautiful and had a large porch downstairs and one by the hot tub. The ages our group was 70's to 12; 14 of us. This was the perfect place for a large family vacation.

Everything was actually really nice. Check in was super easy, amenities exactly as described. Tammy texted me to make sure all was well during our stay! Neighbors are nice. Nice neighborhood, beach across rather road. Water directly behind house is the Sound/Bay. We fished, hunted crabs, had a seafood boil under the house, cooked on the grill, rode golf cart to the beach so we wouldn't get sand in our cars. Elevator was great for us over packers lol...plenty of nice peaceful space. The grand babies loved the slide inside as well as all the sand toys, etc outside. Where do I begin? From the moment we arrived at Serenity Beach House, it felt like stepping into a dream. Tucked away on the white sands of Pensacola Beach, this home lives up to its name—pure serenity in every sense.The house is stunning—spacious, spotless, and designed for both comfort and style. Each morning, we woke to breathtaking views. Sipping coffee on the private deck with only the sound of waves and seabirds was pure bliss.Inside, everything has been thoughtfully considered. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals, from quality appliances to plenty of cookware. We grilled on the patio while watching the sunset and shared dinners at the large dining table overlooking the water.Our group loved the multiple living spaces—perfect for games, lounging, or curling up with a book. The layout gave everyone privacy, yet made it easy to be together.But the location truly steals the show. Right on the sound side of Pensacola Beach, we spent our days swimming, paddleboarding, and fishing from the dock. The provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys were a thoughtful bonus.Evenings were unforgettable. Watching the sunset from the dock, glass of wine in hand, dolphins playing in the sound—it was magic.We return every year. Serenity Beach House is more than a rental—it’s a tradition. Book it. Very clean, great location, lots of beach and water accessories

This property was very clean, has a great location and very responsive owners that responded very quickly and tried to make our stay wonderful. We came with a group of four families with 13 of us in total. We found the photos depicted what is inside but the listing of 6 BR is very, very misleading. We had some family squabbles over the 'bedrooms'. There were 3 traditional bedrooms, one extremely small bedroom fashioned from a utility space with a double bed/trundle and the rest were open air spaces - one in the loft and one in a sun room. There are plenty of places for 20 to sleep but the bedroom count is off. Zillow lists this home as having 3 bedrooms which is more accurate than 6 bedrooms listed. It was so surprising to us that I feel others might want to be similarly informed to prevent mismatched expectations. On the plus side, the property managers/owners are responsive when things are not working as they should. That was amazing. The house was very clean. The location is spectacular. The amount of beach and water accessories were great. There are even bicycles to ride around Pensacola Beach with. My rating is reflective not of the upkeep of the property or the managers - just on the misrepresentation on the number of bedrooms in the home.

Best Owners and Great Location

I was truly stunned by the care and concern provided by the owners and staff. That's without mentioning how beautiful and well taken care of the property was. We travel frequently using short-term vacation rentals. We are used to speaking with multiple people before getting to the property manager. This in turn causes the time of resolution for any issue that may arise to be quite long. However, Tammy and Curt were always quick to respond. Though we did not have any issues during our stay, they were always available for any questions we may have. Knowing that we had someone personally invested in the success of our stay made all the difference. It was clear that the owners had been taking care of the property routinely. I will say having an owner be hands-on with their property is something very new to us. With the incredible customer service we experienced it is something we will look for in future stays. It will also keep us coming back to stay with them anytime we are in town. The property is a beautiful open floor plan. Great for large groups and family vacations. The house is well-stocked for all age groups and interests. They had everything you could need for a day on the beach, in the water, or cooking a family meal in the kitchen. The house was very clean and well-organized. Usually, we are homebodies during stays in the winter. This year we had lovely 70-degree weather in December. The hot tub was a favorite of the group and allowed us to spend more time outside. I highly recommend this property to anyone who is used to the hospitality that comes from a family-owned business. You having a great stay is as important to them as it is to you. We can't wait to come back!

We had a great vacation! This house is perfect for kids.

Our kids ages are 7,4,4,2,2,1,and 1. Having the sound right there to swim close to the house without waves was a huge plus for our ages. All the toys that are included made it extra special. The paddle boards and kayaks were huge hits. The kids loved the trampoline to jump in the water from, though I will say it doesn’t work the best anymore as a trampoline. The sand box and small beach right there made a great play area for them. We had room to even put a small pool out for the babies. The outdoor shower was huge with sandy kids. The beach was a 5 min walk or 2 min golf cart ride. It was gorgeous and not too crowded. The property managers and owners were prompt to answer any questions or fix any issues. The house is well stocked with plenty of towels and even beach towels (huge plus). They have the best neighbors who even let us borrow the light up kayaks! I will say it has truly 4 bedrooms and a 5th sleeping area that is set up as a bedroom but no true way to close it off/ shut a door, though this wasn’t an issue for our group.

Great trip

The location was great, we enjoyed fishing off the dock and even had dolphins swim right up to us. The kids loved all the things to do around the house.

Having grown up as a military daughter, I've always loved to travel, but having lived mostly in Pensacola, I never forgotten the beauty of the paradise where I grew up....Pensacola. The beaches are home to the whitest sands and bluest green waters and the Gulf of Mexico boasts the most enticingly warm play place. You simply can't beat the laid back nature of our area and will love the southern hospitality. It's the place where only thousands live, but millions wish they could. Makes us happy to share a moment in time here with everyone!

Newly updated waterfront beach house on Pensacola Beach sound side. The spacious home has 5BR 3BA, including 2 master bedrooms. There are also several other sleeping areas for large groups. Biking distance from restaurants & nightlife. You'll enjoy the sound views and sunsets from the living room, kitchen and sunroom. You'll appreciate the time to cook together and entertain with all the needed appliances & furnishings. Outdoor grill, wine fridge, kayak, paddle board, beach cruisers and children's bikes, garage game room & beach gear available on the property. Sleeps up to 21 with ample parking for at least 8. You won't find many cleaner or more cared for homes and the amenities are unmatched. Guests who have stayed in other beach houses every summer are raving about the comfort, quality and spaciousness--not to mention the great place to bring families and friends for the water fun and room to spread out. If you have discriminating taste, are trying to ensure the right place for a group of friends or just need to relax with nothing left to worry about upon arrival, you'll be well taken care of at Serenity Beach House.
