Everything a traveler needs in a rental property is readily available. Instructions are clear for check-in and check-out, as well as for things available and to be done during the stay. There was ample parking, a quiet and nicely tended neighborhood, a front porch for relaxing outdoors. I had a question for the owner and got a phone response with the information requested just minutes after sending it. Overall, a very satisfying and pleasant experience.

Shannon was a great host. We have stayed at her places several times. When visiting family in Buffalo if we can’t get in one of her places we don’t go.

Shannon is definitely a SUPER HOST! Her place was beautiful, clean & located near everything. Only a 15 minute drive from downtown Buffalo & 30 minutes from Niagara falls. Staying here just made our Father/Son vacation even better. She literally had everything you would need except a small trash in the bedroom.. No worries I bought one for her! WiFi was pretty slow but seriously everything was Amazing! Shannon thank you for letting us use your space! If you ever want a great place to stay & enjoy Buffalo this is a no brainer! 18 outta 10!

This place was perfect for my friends and I. Shannon was available to chat with anytime. The rooms were a great size. The bathroom was great! Because of my condition the ease to enter/leave the shower was a huge plus. The living room had very comfortable chairs. We would stay at this listing again!
