This place was perfect for a family birthday/Labor Day holiday weekend with 5 adults. Each person got their own bedroom. Bathrooms were well stocked. The kitchen and dining area were great for shared meals with multiple chefs prepping their specialities. We liked being so close to Red Top Mountain State Park, Etowah Indian Mounds, and Cartersville. When we needed him, our host was very responsive.

Nice peaceful property, only 15 minutes from grocery stores like Costco or Walmart. Our family utilized the gym, and theatre room. The deer were in the yard every evening.

Property was not easily accessible, from parking to door was a pretty far distance uphill. Never got door code from host, had to call VRBO and that was a difficult experience. Listing did not say there was another rental on the same property, we returned Saturday night with others there and no where to park.

Overall an amazing experience! The rooms were very nice and spacious, loved the entertainment center along with the bar. Absolutely top notch facility! Loved the fire pit out back.

Location was fabulous for our family. Our daughter got married at the nearby Butterfly Pavilion this weekend. The size, cleanliness, and excellent host, made the weekend less stressful.

This host is top tier. Property is well equipped and in great shape. Plenty of space for all of our guests allowed us to relax and enjoy our time together. Great location for the nearby GA stste parks. Our group had a fantastic stay again this year and we will not hesitate to book again.

We loved our stay! The home was enormous and we had plenty of room for our large family. The area surrounding the home allowed our nature loving children time to explore and play outdoors. Our older kids loved the movie theater! We loved having a gym to work out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. Thank you for letting use borrow your home for a few days.

Outstanding rental. Tons of room. We stayed with 7 family members and it was never crowded. Elderly parents and kids. Everybody was very happy. Kitchen is massive and wonderful. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms are modern and outstanding showers.Host was great. Very accommodating. Easy rental. Beautiful and secluded.Zero complaints. Highly recommended.

This is my 2nd year staying here for our family Christmas gathering! It has plenty of room for sleeping & the kitchen is big enough to move around comfortably to cook with several people in there! The kids really enjoyed the movie room & the spacious yard out front to play while the weather was amazing!!

Host is very easy to work with and the place has everything you could need, plenty of space. Just needs a little sprucing up, painting and maybe replace some furniture. Also need to know the workout area and sauna are in another building not far away but not connected to home.

Home size is only positive for our large family (10 of us total stayed). We had room to move around and def not be on top of each other. Furniture was mostly comfortable. We did not have the weather needed to enjoy outside areas.That being said maintenance and cleaning is needed. I spoke to owner about a few things and was told it had been cleaned properly. I left a detailed message upon checking out, never received a response. Here are the items we dealt with:Master toilet area strong smell of pee. Walls were layered w dust. There was pee stains under toilet. Shower had so much calking in floor it was gross and moldy. Didnt even bother w master jet tub.Upstairs bathroom water smelled horribly when we first used it. Had to run water thru the pipes for a few minutes Both master shower and upstairs shower leaked into the floor/room below them. We did notify the owner.Kitchen - pans available were horrible. Had to buy one while there. Airfryer was thankfully clean. Drawers - not so cleanWasher/dryer - front loader would not even open with everything else. Dryer did not work (no heat)Outdoor screens area was so wet, mildewed and gross looking we did not bother Basement … Movie/game area is ok. But beware chairs fall over easily. Carpet has got to goBar area - behind it was again just dirty and not maintained Front porch - alot of left over items. Had a bucket of water and balls collecting mosquitoes for us upon arrival. Wont stay again
