The property was very clean when we arrived. The host was quick to respond to questions and gave a number of recommendations for activities and dining. Walking distance to groceries, small market and a few restaurants. Easy taxi/Grab to the historic square. Two small complaints - the beds were very hard and there were a lot of ants in all of the rooms.

Nice little vacation house

Nice small vacation house in a quiet street, we really enjoyed the stay. Its well equiped for the price and clean. It's quiet but shops and a food market are just 5 Minutes by foot. We could reach every place in and around Chiang Mai in max 30 Minutes by taxi. If you need a car with a driver for longer trips you can call the agent they recommend. For a 7 seater we just payed 2500 THB for the full day! We definitely can comment the place.
