About the host
Hosted by Carter Pratt
I love to spend time by the lake kayaking and sailing, but am also an avid hiker of the White Mountains. You will find the White Mountain guide in the house is well used.
Why they chose this property
This has been my summer home all my life and is lovingly cared for as such. The property was bought by my great grandfather and family members still own the houses adjacent to ours.
What makes this property unique
The addition of purchasing the cabins about 40 years ago has made provided my family some space to spread out when we are all together, as well as a dock on the protected cove side, to hang out on when the wind is up. There are no immediate neighbors on cove side, making this a very quiet retreat.
