So much fun. Great kitchen to cook in and most exciting spotted a total of seven moose in the yard during our stay. There were five of us and everyone had more than enough room. Highly recommend

Charming!!! It was like walking into the past as we envisioned a time of glorious parties and family reunions. Loved the mounted trophies of bears and moose along with other pieces of art. The yard was well taken care with a wild rabbits playing there.The kitchen and was roomy and had a coffee bar supplied with everything you need. Two refrigeratorsRooms were comfortable and clean. A treasure house. I highly recommend this place.

Great for our 3 generation group including multiple introverts. Lots of space. We loved it. No complaints. Someone mentioned in a prior review they were surprised by the owners being there, so I will mention that there is an apartment above the attached garage. Family staying there was SO quiet, we only knew of their presence because we caught them parking at their side of the house. Having them there was a nonissue.

Beautiful house, lots of space. Even though the owners ended up being there that week, we didn't notice them. The place was well stocked and comfortable. It's furnished with old furniture that really fits the property. We would definitely stay there again.

We are thankful that the family has made this house available - we were a family group from 4-68 years old and were very comfortable because of all the space. We also liked that the house was not in the busy part of Alaska- nice for the kids to play outside without having to worry about a busy road.

Great family stay!

We had 3 generations staying together in the house. There was more than enough room for all of us. The house is in a great central location for getting around Anchorage. This was the 2nd time staying here, and we hope to be back again!

Comfortable and ample space for all

This property was ideal for our family as we enjoyed visiting Anchorage and the surrounding areas. We appreciated the location as well as the cleanliness, well stocked kitchen, and all the amenities. Our host, Bob, was very pleasant and made sure to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Check in, communication, and ample space for all our family was great.
