Westin Penthouse - Feb. 6, 2015 To Feb. 13, 2015

Top floor unit with expansive views of the ocean. Master has ocean view patio, walk in closet, separate dressing area, huge bathroom with large shower and with twin sinks. All bed have the Westin's Heavenly Bed with sheets and pillows. Multiple televisions in the unit. Kitchen is full service with full size stainless refrigerator, and microwave. Patio also off of the living/dining area. Full laundry so you can pack less. Access to all of the Westin amenities including the spa, restaurants, pools, kids club, casino for the adults, and includes two days of pool or beach cabana.

We have been vacationing at St. Maarten for more than 20 years. We started at another resort and a few years ago upgraded to the Westin. These units were originally marketed for sale as condos with a price of $1,000,000.00 each. Due bad market they changed to timeshare. We will be staying in the unit the two weeks preceding your use. We love it!

Why they chose this property

On this top floor unit you can sit on your balcony and watch the sunrise with St. Barths in the horizon. The amenities and service of the Westin set this property aside from the rest of the property on the island. We are on the border to the French side and in a few minutes you can be eating french cuisine or you can drive a few more minutes to Philipsburg for the shopping experience of a lifetime.
