The property is in a great location to get downtown Yuma and other places you wanna go. The host is very nice and helped us with any problems we had. The property is very clean and has everything you need for your visit to the area.

Great stay & relaxing

Great place to stay. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Centrally located and although compact everyone had plenty of room for privacy. Will definitely stay here again when needing a place to stay in Yuma.

This was one of those stays that just felt easy from start to finish. Everything was clean, well set up. The host was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed. All was great and super easy check-in! This is our 2nd visit and itsin a great location near Walmart, Chick-fil-A, In-N-Out, Olive Garden, and ofcourse the mall. We had a great visit and Karen was so accommodating from beginning to end. Definitely would consider keeping this gem on my Yuma itinerary.

Central to everything, clean and great layout

We used this house as our centerpoint to El Centro Naval Air Show, Center of the World (Felicity CA), Algodones, MX, and great restaurants in Yuma. Loved the putting greens in back! We would definitely stay here again.
