Furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms, 24 'tv with satellite dish, kitchen equipped with refrigerator, stove, blender, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, utensils in general, ceiling fan or wall, bathroom, service area with tank and clothesline, collective barbeque, shower and closed parking.

We want to maintain a QUIET AND FAMILY ENVIRONMENT; we live in the house next door to better serve them.

Location: The apartment is located 600 meters from the beach of Tabatinga, between the cities of Caraguá and Ubatuba, near the beaches (Mococa, Cocanha, Maranduba, Lagoinha, Ponta Aguda, Caçandoca, among others).

EXTRA RATE: PEQUENO PORTE pets are allowed as long as they are quiet and are accustomed to traveling and staying alone in the apartment (environment strange to him) so they do not bother other guests with an EXTRA RATE OF R $ 10.00 PER ANIMAL AND BY DAY.

Apartamento muito gostoso

Local bem limpo, apartamento bem cuidado, arejado, colchão ótimo, sem cheiro de mofo, tudo na cozinha para conseguir fazer alimentação, preferi pegar o carro e ir mais pras praias vizinhas, em Ubatuba já que o apartamento fica na divisa com Caraguatatuba, Gostamos bastante voltaremos concerteza.
