Fantastic location!

This very clean and comfortable unit is located smack bang in the middle of everything, with a 2-minute walk to the Mooloolaba beach, with restaurants and cafes all around. Everything you need for a great holiday!

2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, low priced apartment a couple of minutes away from the main Mooloolaba beach, Surf Club, and cafes, just the best, central location

On the first floor, no lift, it offers WiFi and smart TV, ceiling fans, and a large balcony. A Queen bed and 2 Singles, to accommodate up to 4 guests.
Complex pool and a secure garage for 1 vehicle.

Very convenient location to all the eateries and public transport, supermarket nearby as well as the wharf precinct where there is quite a few things to see and do. Beautiful beach and boardwalk with magnificent views.

Located close to everything Mooloolaba has to offer helps this unit make up for its shortfalls, pool is good, unit needs aircon and a better equipped kitchen

Fantastic location

Location, location, location! This very clean and comfortable unit is located smack bang in the middle of every thing. 2 minutes walk to the main beach and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. Although we only stayed 3 nights, the unit has everything you need for a long term holiday. Thanks from Glenn and Family

Walked to AlexHeadlands a few times Lovely. Took a river cruise, went to Melany, Swam at beach ate plenty of prawns. Good time.

It is an older place but very clean and quite roomy. The place advertised a hair dryer but not one was to be found which was disappointing but didn’t detract from the place. Location was excellent to the beach and all eateries, all within walking distance

The location is fantastic.

Overall good place to stay . Great location . Safe secure Big enough for 4 people . The kitchen was under stocked . No salt and pepper . Not enough bowls or pans for cooking.. no oven mitts. And of course Canada-U s would like a coffee pot. Lol I would stay again just be more prepared

My mother, sister and I stayed at Mainsail 3 in December 2012. What a great unit! It is only 150m

My mother, sister and I stayed at Mainsail 3 in December 2012. What a great unit! It is only 150m from Mooloolaba Beach and Esplanade. It is a very clean 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a lovely balcony. It would benefit from air-conditioning but the ceiling fans did the job. Swimming pool did not look inviting and as there is no on-site management, people from neighbouring unit blocks come in to have a dip whenever they want!! We would definately stay again as the location and price is unbeatable.
