Located only a short walk from Byron's beaches, shops, cafes and markets, this beautiful architecturally designed home offers you the opportunity to experience the perfect Byron lifestyle, in a one of kind home. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space flows seamlessly out to the outdoor areas and private pool, making this the perfect place to experience Byron bay.
The main house is split over two levels. The ground floor consists of the living areas, kitchen, dining, bedroom complete with ensuite, full laundry and powder room. On the upper level are 3 more bedrooms with ensuites.
The separate self contained studio has a private entrance and is separate from the main house and yard. Complete with galley kitchen, living and dining space, it is an amazing extra space for those larger groups. The bathroom complete with bathtub its the perfect place to retreat.

Magnificent house
This is an incredible house -5 star finishes and fittings.
The beds are super comfortable and the whole house feels like a resort.
The location is a quick 10 min walk to the beach and Beach Hotel, and less to Woolworths and the bottle shop
The wifi isn't great as it keeps dropping out , but i wouldn't want that to put anyone off leasing this property as its perfect in every other way

I can't recommend this gorgeous property enough. Beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable and conveniently located just a short walk from the town centre. Absolutely stunning. Make this your home base on your next trip to Byron Bay.

Spacious, Modern Byron Bay House
Beautiful, clean, spacious home perfect for families looking for an extremely comfortable and centrally-located Byron Bay rental. The location is close to everything -- a 5 minute walk to town and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It is a new home in an older neighborhood, though, and it stands out from its neighbors. But it didn't present any problems and we quite enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and entertainers paradise
The property is fantastical designed, huge open plan entertaining down stairs and very large bedrooms upstairs. The finishes are great and very lux. The plung pool is perfect for a quick cool off and there are ample bathrooms and showers for all guests to not have to wait.
They have thought of every thing to allow you to just drop your bags and get on with your trip. Plenty of everyday consumables provided. Very well thought of and managed!
