Located on the beautiful island of Atlantic Beach, NC in the popular Bogue Shores Condo complex, you will be close to grocery stores, waterparks, hiking trails, historic sites, kiddie parks, putt-putt golf, NC Aquarium, Fort Macon, water taxis, kayak and bike rentals, water sport rentals, fishing excursions, specialty shops and so much more! The beautiful sandy beach is just a few steps away and you can also enjoy the inter coastal waterway that is located behind the facility. Bogue Shores also boast one of the nicest pools on the island and a kiddie pool too. What are you waiting for? You deserve a vacation, RESERVE TODAY!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Do not strip beds. Housekeeping with do that. Place all dirty towels in bathroom.
Please wash dishes and put away. Take trash to outside bin located near the entrance.
Place car passes and extra key on table. Place 2nd key back in lock box so cleaning company can get in. Missing car passes or keys will be charged to guests.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside or directly outside of unit. There is designated smoking areas on the facility grounds. Please be courteous of others at all times.
No boats, trailers or campers allowed on property at any time during your stay. You can walk on and fish from our dock, but cannot use wet slips
Dishes should be washed and all trash removed from unit upon departure. Leave sheets on bed. Place towels in bathroom floor or tub.
