Great Location Attentive Management

We stayed here for a month and love the home layout - very comfortable beds - excellent location for access to the river/intercoastal! The pool heater went out while we were there but Rob had it replaced within a couple days. Any issue we had was quickly addressed. The property manager Donovin was terrific and very willing to assist with anything we needed! Highly recommend this home!

Great vacation

This was an amazing experience. The house was just as advertised. All the amenities you could ask for were supplied. Plenty of items to make your beach visit fantastic: umbrella, chairs, wagon. Fishing in the canal was great fun. We will return again next year. The owner was easily contacted and helpful.

This is an amazing property! Everything was perfect! The arrival and check in was smooth. Owner communicated fast with us on every question we had. The home was spotless upon arrival! The kitchen had every detail for convenient cooking. The crockpot was new in the box, also cooler cups were new. Towels were thick and fluffy, pool area was perfect and a delight to use. We would definitely book this property again. Thank you Jennifer and Rob for the wonderful vacation!

Everything we needed

This house was SO well stocked! Everything we needed and more and everything was very high quality and well maintained. The neighborhood was nice and in a great location. Our only complaint was that the pool pump was very loud and ran all day, but not much you can do about that. Overall it was a great stay and the owner has done a wonderful job making this a comfortable home for guests. We would definitely stay again.

Great house on a canal

We recently spent a month at this wonderful house near the Jaycee Park. The owners, Rob and Jennifer, recently purchased this house and did fantastic job remodeling to accommodate their guests - right down to the kitchen utensils. We rented a boat for a week and used the boat lift, which worked perfectly. I would highly recommend this house!
