Welcome to our cozy beach house! It is actually pretty spacious at about 1800 SF.
We hope that you come and enjoy our little piece of paradise and leave with beautiful memories made here.
Our home is furnished to be appealing and inviting, not pretentious. We want you to feel "comfortable and relaxed", not stressed. It is your vacation after all!
We have three large guest bedrooms that each have brand new and comfy mattresses, cute, beachy bedding and tons of closet space. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a flat screen Smart HD TV and lots of natural light for a peaceful and breezy feel. The second guest bedroom is also bright and airy and has a queen size bed and walk in closet. The third bedroom has large closets and two twin beds that can easily be pushed together to accommodate couples and is bright and welcoming.
The sofa and new chairs in the front living space are the perfect place to relax and visit with friends and family over coffee or cocktails. There is also a desk and wireless high speed internet ( just in case you can't get away from work altogether ).
The kitchen is nicely updated and equipped with a large french door refrigerator, a gas range (rare around here) and handy stainless steel island for the chef in you to enjoy!
Of course there is also a microwave and dishwasher as well.
Right off the kitchen space is a utility room with lots of extra storage and high end washer and dryer.
The main bathroom has a very large walk in shower with glass doors, the second bath has a bathtub and shower combo and a nice new vanity area.
The back living space is a large room with beautiful wainscoting and wood ceilings for beach cottage charm! There is a large dining table that will seat at least six with a convenient pass-through to the kitchen. The sitting area has two cozy sofas and a beautiful new built in media center with a 48" Smart HDTV flat-screen to enjoy family movie night or to catch that game that can't be missed! There's an entire wall of sliding glass doors that open onto a spacious private patio with a huge swimming pool and built in spa! Enjoy the outside dining area and BBQ surrounded by Coconut palms, an enormous Mango tree, banana trees and other lush tropical plants. At the illumination of the pool lighting which creates the perfect ambiance for sipping your cocktails after a day at the beach or after grilling your fresh catch of the day!
For safety there is a video surveillance camera which records only the exterior by the front door and porch.
There beach chairs for you to use for your beach excursions. Or... if you don't feel like a bikeride or a walk, call the Delray Downtowner golfcart shuttle, they operate on a tips only basis... so if you're going out for a night on the town and you're feeling "tipsy" it's perfect!
