It has a beautiful back yard but unusable due to the bindi's and the roo poo as prior to occupancy if this could be cleaned up it would be appreciated.

House isn't fit for holiday rental need money spent on the decaying houseThe cleanliness of the house was absolutely disgusting just plain dirty....Lawns 400mm long inside 2 of the 3 kettles was black the grime and grease all through the kitchen grill and stove a grease pit....There are a lot nicer ones then this for less money

Bedside tables, handier power points would be useful Some lights disconnected. Globes missing/blown. Bathroom fan not working. Freezer & a light in garage not working. Had to clean bird poop off outdoor furniture. Removed weeds along house to avoid catching legs/clothes. Key lockbox broken. Peeling paint in several rooms. Happy with location but not with condition of property. Needs fair bit of TLC.
