This one bedroom/one bathroom apartment is situated above the garage with no common walls with the main house. The home is surrounded by juniper and pine trees and views out all windows make you feel like you're living in a treehouse.

This brand new home has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with gas range, island hood, brand new appliances and all cookware to make you feel right at home if you choose to prepare your own meals. Newport Ave and all the great restaurants and coffee shops are just a few blocks away if you decide to get out and enjoy all of Bend's great eateries, breweries and coffee shops.

We loved the Eagle's Nest. It's really cute--great furnishings, very comfortable and love the well-stocked kitchen. Also loved having a tub. It was nice to have a full size washer/dryer. The location was excellent, and was very close to our favorite market, the Newport Market.
