This Comfy Ocean Retreat Contains Three Bedrooms (one Queen, Two Full) to Sleep 6 People, 2 Combination Tub/shower Bathrooms, and Fully Equipped Kitchen. Living Room/ Kitchen Has Comfortable Furniture, Hdtv, and Nautical Decor. Deck Off Living Room is Great for Breakfast Or Just Relaxing With Sounds of Ocean. Charcoal Grilling is Allowed On Atlantic Blvd Side of House. It is Located 3 Blocks from Family Owned Pizzeria and Mcdonalds, 4 Blocks from Outdoor Seafood Restaurant, and 2 Blocks from Fine Seafood Restaurant. Other Nearby Attractions Are Civil War Fort Macon Park, Nc Marine Aquarium, Miniature Golf and Bowling. More Seafood Restaurants Are Found On Morehead City Waterfront. As an adult, I have moved away but always returned to my favorite NC coastal area. Marine related education/career opportunities resulted in local employment and retirement here.

Why they chose this property

Being at the beach is not only relaxing to me but I also enjoy beautiful sunsets and moon rises. Not only are the summer vacations great here but the beach is revitalizing in the cool temperatures of the fall fishing season. This beach property is conveniently located to local businesses in Atlantic Beach, Morehead City, and Beaufort. It is also located in a safe and friendly neighborhood with police and emergency services within 3 blocks.

I Was Attracted to the Unique Rustic Architecture of the House and Its Proximity to the Beach Without Traveling by Car and Searching for a Parking Space.
