Rocky Mountain View Condo - Great Location!!!

Enjoy this spacious 1300 sq ft condo located in the heart of the Canadian Rockies.

Fully renovated in the summer of 2015, with brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and 55" HD TV. Floors upgraded Nov 2022.

This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom boasts an open floor plan. It features three queen beds, which includes the pullout sofa in the living room, and one king sized bed. There is also a true ensuite attached to one of the bedrooms.

You will find the condo to be cozy & comfortable while you enjoy sitting in front of the gas fireplace and watching your favorite sporting events, shows or movies. The balcony is delightful for summer evenings and is equipped with chairs and a high quality Weber barbeque for grilling. You will enjoy a fabulous view of the Rocky mountains.

The unit in general is equipped with many more amenities than what you would use on a holiday. It is sure to make your stay feel like home, yet still a luxurious getaway.

Two secure indoor heated parking stalls are available with the rental, however plenty of free parking is available outside and around the building for extra vehicles.

This condo has panoramic mountain views to the northwest overlooking Lady McDonald Mountain and Banff's Rundle Mountain range. Canmore Crossing buildings have two rooftop hot tubs and one indoor hot tub. The rooftop hot tub has the best view of the entire Bow Valley, a 360 degree full panorama...ensure to take your camera.

A basic but good fitness room is available for you to use; it has weights and a few machines including a treadmill and plenty of space for a workout.

Delight in the stunning views whether you are pampering yourself in the rooftop hot tub, or grilling at the propane barbeque on the balcony.

Due to government regulations we cannot foresee what regulations will be in place for the fitness rooms and hottubs. Any amenity may change at a moments notice.

* No A/C in this building. There are fans in every room for the warmer days in summer.

Location was great, nice shopping nearby and quick to get on the highway to other things! Kind of confusing check in (which door to enter to and where it’s at, where the parking garage is, where to use codes) tried communicating with the host for an early check in and never heard back. The hot tub was okay, not super clean and unclear instructions on having to pre-book a time slot, found out through the binder but not in the email instructions. The condo is great, lots of room for many adults. The living room furniture could use some upgrading, it was very uncomfortable and challenging for all adults to comfortable hang out in. Overall a great spot and would stay again!

Banff Family Vacation

The location of Canmore is so close to the Banff park entrance. Our condo was very clean. The complex is right next to a grocery and liquor store. Very convenient.

Great Central Location!

We came to see the beauty of the area and stayed in Canmore. Great central location near shops and grocery stores. Clean and comfortable stay. We would stay here again.

Awesome Condo

We were a group of three couples, visiting Banff, Lake Louise, and Lake Moraine. The location was very convenient for our sightseeing. The facilities were accommodating and comfortable. Everything was very clean. We enjoyed our stay there. We would recommend the property to any visitors.

Family wedding! Accommodation was within walking distance to some venues & downtown. Note: nothing to do with this booking but be careful as Canmore preys on tourists with parking tickets!!

Canmore Condo

Great central location! Nicely furnished to accommodate all of our needs. No A/C was definitely a negative point. An out of service elevator was a negative as well. In general we were happy with our experience.

Good friends get together

A very nice place to stay. The place is clean, with all the necessary supplies that you can think of. Fully equipped kitchen, from utensils to cooking needs. Laundry room with high end washer and dryer. More than enough bedding supplies and clean. We have a party of 8 and have enough space for all. The place is close to grocery and shopping is a breeze. We stayed for 4 days, wish could have to stay for longer. Thanks Tricia for prompt response to our query.

Unresponsive host with a mold in the washer

The location was great with a spacious house. That’s pretty much all the good things about this place - there was mold in the washing machine. The bathroom in the master bedroom doesn’t even have a door (Yikes!). The TV barely works. The parking space info was not shared even after asking for it. I had to call them a few times before getting details. The cleaners were at the door step at 11:02 while we were checking out (check out at 11am) and charged us $40 for late checkout. Avoid this place if you can :)

Great condo but know the location and clarify directions for accessing.

The condo was clean and roomy and VERY well equipped! The beds were very comfortable! The check in process was confusing. Buildings are not well marked by number/letter. Directions could have been more clear and the addition of a photo/diagram for location of underground garage would have saved much time after a long day of travel. We were unable to find a way to call someone to help us and relied on people who happened to know the area to direct us to the correct building. We drove in circles looking for the correct garage door and when we followed the direction "by the Safeway" we ended up below a tire company. It was not clear in the advertising that we would be staying in a parking lot over shops and much activity. This would have kept us from choosing this place. It was a great location within the town however to be able to walk to main street for hiking, walking, eating and shopping! Who would have thought we would have needed AC?! We lost some sleep due to poor air circulation not having AC. Thankfully we were able to position provided fans in front of windows. Again, for those who like being in the middle of activity, it was a great place. For those who like quiet it was a bit much. Again, the condo itself was great!!

The condo is in a great location, close to amenities (shopping, restaurants, etc easily within walking distance) and has a beautiful view of the mountains. Parking in the underground parkade is very convenient. We were happy to have 2 spots to accommodate family members. The condo was very clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well supplied with everything we needed to celebrate Thanksgiving dinner together. The hot tub is on the roof, and needs to be booked ahead of time. It was easy to access. The bedrooms are spacious and had plenty of closet and drawer space. We didn't use the laundry but it was great to have that option. We were very comfortable during our stay and would recommend this property for a great family gathering and mountain getaway.

Overall this property is good for a extended stay. My only complaint are that it lacks central air conditioning, while it's probably not needed but during our stay it was quite hot during the day time. The host left is tons of room fans and we kept the windows open but I did not expect zero air conditioning. Also the host took a few days to respond back to my message, I had some questions during my stay and the host got back to me on the final day of my stay. Overall I would book this place during the winter but during the summers I'd probably find a different place with central air conditioning or a hotel with air conditioning.

Perfectly located in the town on Canmore. Grocery stores and shops a walk across the parking lot, downtown is walkable distance. Convenient parking, although we had a bit of a time trying to find the entrance of the lot late at night arriving in the dark. The place was very clean and had everything we needed and more for our stay! Well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, and even assortment of games!

Terrific condo and great location. Our family of 6 stayed for 6 nights in August 2025 and had a great time. The condo is large and the beds are very comfortable. It was great to have two bathrooms and the washer/dryer. The location is great - grocery stores next door and easy walking into downtown Canmore. Access to the building and parking garage was easy. We loved being able to drive to Kananaskis and Banff. Highly recommend.
