2 Bedroom Apartment with Double beds and a full bathroom, located on the second floor with a fully equipped kitchen, nice and cozy to stay in and relax. Beautiful beachfront view, this property features Air Conditioning in both rooms and free WiFi. An outdoor pool surrounded by beautiful gardens, as well as a calm beach right next to the turquoise waters of the Caribbean, outdoor pool for fun activities or just relax. Very nice place to stay - wonderful host!

The location was perfect away from the noise of Kulkucan Blvd - about 3 miles from the Hotel District so not very loud except for a few party boats that are usually done by 10 pm. The beach was immaculate with the gatekeepers and lawnkeepers very diligent. Pool was clean - a bit chilly but to be expected in January. Host was very responsive - we really enjoyed our stay!

Cancun on the Beach

Gabriela’s condo is a beautiful, modern place with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen has everything you will need and a bonus of a washing machine. It has a wonderful pool which is right by the beach if you want to swim. It is close to downtown Cancun and to other beautiful beaches. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Location!

Almost private beach on hotel strip. Incredible views and easy access to beach. Unfortunately, as so many of nearby places are all- inclusive we had a hard time finding restaurants or entertainment. Rent a car so you can go to grocery store if you hope to cook. Also condo meager on amenities- 2 thin bath towels, one hand towel and no face clothes for 5 days for 2 persons. Would benefit from a few games, beach chair cushions and maybe beach toys or a kayak. All that said, owner responsive when we ran out of water and toilet paper!!

Good location on the outskirts of the hotel zone.

Had a slight issue at checkin but Gaby was quick to offer a resolution. Gabys property was clean, and she was quick to accommodate our needs. This property is just on the outskirts of the hotel zone so you don't have to worry about overcrowding. Thanks Gaby!!!

A wonderful homebase

Our family had a wonderful time at this apartment. The location is excellent, right between the hotel zone and the City. We were able to have all of our tours pick us up at the location and the private beach and pool were as pictured and lovely. The shower in the apartment wasn't great but honestly the only reason we didn't give 5 stars across the board! Thank you Gaby for a memorable family vacation!

Amazing property; loved everything

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The owner/host communicated with us often and clearly so we knew exactly what to expect, and we had the best time in the two-bedroom beachfront condo. The private entrance to the beach is really nice and serene, and overall the condo property is pretty quiet for being so close to the heart of the hotel zone. The wifi was reliable for those who might need to work during their stay. There are several restaurants and convenient stores located within an easy walking distance (under ten minutes), and the property feels quite safe with 24/7 private security. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to others!

Cancun Dec. 2 thru 10!!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The interior of the condo was slightly over sold in the photos; yet comfortable. The views, the grounds, the pool, etc. were awesome: We weren't within safe/lighted walking distance from most attractions, our hostess, Gabrielle, took awesome care of us! She booked all of our desired excursions, with updates. She and her staff were awesome! They went above and beyond. Gabrielle also did everything she could to make sure we were booked with our favorite taxi driver in Cancun, Victor!! He also went above and beyond for us! Thanks everyone! Be sure book!

Quick getaway

From beginning to end 10/10 experience. Perfect communication and Gaby is the best host I've encountered in a long time. The room itself looks just like the photos. Clean, and the AC in the rooms are perfect when the day is hot; the rest of the apartment stays pretty warm otherwise. Perfect location and literally steps away from the beach. The beach itself was very clean and remained pretty empty overall. Quite and away from the loudness you typically experience being at the hotel zone but close enough to walk to restaurants or catch a bus to your destinations. If you happen to do an excursion to the xcaret parks you can be picked up at the hotel next door. Definitely recommend and would stay again if im ever in Cancun again.

Nice place but BYO mattress

We stayed for 3 nights and here is a quick breakdown of what was good and what was not.The GoodGaby, the owner, is very responsive online. She sent all the details about getting to the apartment from the airport as well as the info about activities and restaurants in the area. This was excellent. We did go to Isla Mujeres on a day trip. And also kept going to La dolce Vita restaurant (take uber), which caters to people with celiac. Amazing restaurant, make sure you make a reservation. Location of the apartment is good overall. Private beach, right in front of your window, plus a pool. Also the ferry to Isla Mujeres is a 5 minute walk away. The trip to North Beach is well worth it - the beach is truly amazing, no seaweed, beautiful sand. Take Malecon walk on your way to the beach - it is very beautiful. You can get a table at one of the restaurants (we liked the service at Green Demon). It is a bit noisy during the day because of the tour boats & nearby marina but after 10 pm it is quiet until 9 am.The NOT GoodThe biggest problem for us was a mattress in the room facing the stairwell. It is super hard and uncomfortable. Neither my wife nor I could get good sleep on it. Kids slept in the 2nd bedroom and seemed to be fine with that mattress. 2nd problem is short supply of toilet paper and bathroom soap. 1 roll of toilet paper for 3 days and tiny square of bar soap. Not a deal breaker but the closest Oxxo was out and we had to go to Chedraui.

This was a great place for our family of four, with kids aged 13 and 10. The beach access is wonderful and the location is very convenient. Gaby is an amazing and helpful host. The only issue we had was that the hot water wasn’t working for the first half of the visit but Gaby was very responsive and got it fixed for us.

Perfect place

Everything was as it was shown. Gabriella met us during check in made it easy. The location and cleanliness of the property was the best in this section of beach. Low key. Enough kitchen supplies to do the minimum. The place felt safe

Everything was fine except no ac on living room the two fans didn’t provide enough air plus they were noisy other than that place was fine! We didn’t get to meet Gabriela our host but maybe next time

Great location and amazing view

If you are looking for a place right in the beach with convenient to all the attractions of the hotel zone without the crowds this is the place for you. It is so nice. The views are amazing. There is only AC in the bedrooms and it does get direct Sun from sunrise till around 2 pm so the family room and kitchen can get quite hot but aside from that it was great and I would highly recommend and we will be going back.

Nous avons passé 30 jours dans la zone hôtelière à Cancun. Notre condos était extraordinaire avec vue direct sur la mer, et très propre. Notre hôte Gabriela est formidable, toujours attentive à nos besoins. Nous avons passé de très belles vacances et la zone hôtelière très sécuritaire nous recommandons fortement ce choix

Excellent stay with wonderful host

Everything was excellent regarding our stay, from the moment I contacted Ms. Gabriela she made me feel safe and was attentive to all my questions. The check in process was smooth. I submitted all the information by email to her ahead of time and once we got to the condo we registered the rental car and got bracelets that we needed to wear during our stay. The condo was very clean and the pictures are exactly how the condo looks. It is directly across the beach, which was always empty and you can always chose where to sit and you don't have to worry about not having chairs, etc. The pool was cleaned everyday and the condo grounds were very clean as well. This condo is located between bigger resorts, one larger resort Occidental Cancun is located to the right and offers a tiki bar that you can purchase drinks, etc. You can also rent kayaks from them as well . Another guys rents jet ski right next to the pier. We didn't rent the jet ski, but it's convenient for somebody who wants to rent it and you don't need to drive. One feature that was wonderful was the fact that the condo is located right next to the ferry to Isla Mujeres and a van to Playa to go to Cozumel. You can take a few steps on the beach and then you will be right there to take the ferry. it was great that we didn't even have to drive to go to the ferry (Embarcadero port). Also, through Ultramar we paid to have a van take us to Playa Del Carmen then take the ferry to Cozumel instead of having to drive to playa , find parking, etc. It was very convenient to be able to take the ferry to both islands without having to drive to the ferry, be worried about parking, etc. We also did the same thing for the pirate cruise at 7pm. It's at the same place, so we just walked a few steps to the pirate cruise and came back with no worries. The surroundings are very safe and we went across the street three times to eat and buy a few things at the 7 eleven type of mart they have in Mexico, Oxxo. The food at the Mexican place or the Italian place were not that good, but there are options and most importantly, you always see people walking and it seems like a safe neighborhood to be in. The condo per se was very nice and perfect for up to 4 people I would say. We were a couple with two kids, ages 12yo and 8yo, so they shared a bedroom and . The beds were comfortable, but small, so I would suggest investing in a king size in the future. Overall, a great stay.

Great place to stay

I was born in Sonora (North State in Mexico) but grew up in Mexico City until I became a legal adult and then moved to Cancun which has been my hometown for over 35 years, I met my husband and our kids grew up here. They are grown-ups now and have left the nest and the country... they have gone to other places but my husband and I love this place. We enjoy jogging every morning and walking our dog at night time. We have been involved in the tourism industry forever, and my husband still manages hotels, so we are not new to hosting.

Why they chose this property

The Bellamar Condominium is one of the few Condos that is privately owned, so it is a very nice setting with a lot of owners that are retired or just enjoy to lay back in the beach or the pool and take it nice and easy.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location. Your are conveniently close enough to the downtown area, while still in the best location in Cancun. And you are close enough to the night life area, without being close to the noise. Restaurants, Isla Mujeres ferry, Coffee Shop, Convenience Store, bus stop, ALL within walking distance
