Spacious 1 Bedroom unit with queen bed, and living room/kitchen area with pull out Queen couch (Linen for the pullout couch provided upon request). Perfect for a 2 Adults or Adult and child. Private home on a quiet road with Mountain view. Separate entrance, on ground floor. There is a set of stairs to navigate to reach the entrance. Full kitchen setup, with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and full fridge. All linen provided. Streaming TV (Roku) with major networks and with Netfix . WiFii, nicely landscaped Front yard accessible for relaxation. Not handicap accessible. A few steps from road, minutes from Storyland and local attractions. Ideal location for area activities: shopping, skiing, hiking, golfing, rafting, etc. Gas grill provided on request. All cleaning and sanitizing guidelines followed, and much more. Contact free entry. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY.

My wife and I have been residents of the Mount Washington Valley for 36 years, and were vacation homeowners for 8 years before that. We are retired, and spend a great deal of time enjoying all of the great features that this area brings. This vacation rental is in our home, and we take great pride in it, and expect everyone to have the same respect for it while visiting. We are on a quiet country road, that is well forested, and safe. Great to walk, sit outside, or just relax. Minutes for skiing, shopping, golf, amusements, and restaurants makes this a very convenient location. Enjoy
