Overlooking the neighborhood pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts, this luxury villa is adorned with upgrades such as flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances.

The spacious floor plan provides quiet and private bedrooms, offering contemporary style for your comfort. Whether you seek relaxation or adventure in the surrounding landscapes, you can unwind in the comfortable bedrooms, on the partially covered outdoor patio, or spend quality time with family and friends in the family room.

Nestled in The Ledges of St. George, Base Camp is an ideal destination for golfers and outdoor enthusiasts. The place is very nice and clean, the only thing was the floors were pretty dirty ( hasn’t been Mopped) but other than that it was very nice. Would stay again.

We have stayed in the Ledges community previously and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately we were disappointed in the lack of cleanliness when it came to this property. The handles of oven and refrigerator/counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms were filthy (not wiped down from previous users). Major dust build up on the stairway going upstairs. Overall we felt housekeeping could have done a much better job cleaning the property before our arrival. I went out a purchased Lysol wipes to make sure countertops and handles were effectively cleaned for our use. Front load washer had major mold build up and it smelled.The garage was tiny, so it would be nice not to encounter misc. piles of wood/trim lying on the side of the garage floor. We had to actually stack a bunch of stuff on a pile so we could park in the garage. I personally would toss the crappy golf clubs and hang the garden hose on the wall. We made use of the small cooler we found in the pantry. The other Ledges property we rented in March had some creature comforts for those of us who traveled by air. The had folded travel chairs, bikes, etc. for us to borrow and take with us on our day trips/hikes.We felt the living room couch was comfortable, but the remaining furniture was not. The master bed mattress has seen its better days and needs replacing! We did not get a restful night of sleep for the entire week.Not a fan of one ply toilet paper and kleenex, especially when were on vacation.

Weekend Trip for Sports

Great place

We went to St George for a quick trip and this townhome was perfect!! The club house has great food and accommodated 11 people last minute. Easy commute to the city center and great location to get to sand hollow or snow canyon and many other fun areas.
