Budget friendly family home in South Beach

This house is made for those big family getaways without breaking the budget. Situated just down the road from Port Fairy's family friendly South Beach the house is comfortable and relaxing. There is even room for a boat out the back in the large enclosed yard.

This home can easily fit 10, best of all are the two living spaces; the first is the largest and the second contains plenty of floor space for lounging in front of the TV. So as evening approaches put the kids into the second living space and slide shut the door.

The house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms - the master with an ensuite.

The large outdoor garden is perfect for those long barmy summer nights. Pour yourself a glass of wine, fire up the BBQ and watch the kids play on the grass.

Good value for money

Owners were very helpful even when I got the dates wrong. Comfortably handled the amount of people who stayed . Even though there was only one bathroom.

Simple and comfortable

Plenty of comfy beds for large groups and has all the basics. No air con but fans in most rooms and windows can open. No wifi and mobile reception is patchy. Lots of grass outside to run around and sit on but no outdoor seating or shaded area. Only a 20 min walk to town and to nearest swimming beach. Love Port Fairy and surrounds. Lots to see and do. We had a great time. Thank you.

Nice stay

Quite enjoyable but would have preferred enough toilet rolls and bin liners for a 9 night stay. Appreciated the Xmas card and chocolates. Windows needed a bit of a clean.

As a self catered accommodation, all our houses are given a starter pack of amenities but once this runs out you are expected to purchase the extra you require. Having said that we are more than happy to provide extra all you need to do is make a quick phonecall or pop in and see us. As mentioned when you checked in, we are always here to help if you have any issues, windows, etc. Glad you enjoyed the chocolates and card and hope you had a lovely Christmas.
