Sea View 3 is a large 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in a great location! Enjoy much more space to spread out with 900 square feet of living space. Located on the ground level of a historic Tybee building with ocean views from the shared furnished porch. Located just 4 houses back from the beach and within 2 blocks of restaurants, shops, nightlife, and the Tybee Pier.

The living area has a Queen-size sleeper sofa, a 32 inch flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is table seating for 4. The bedroom is located off the kitchen and is furnished with a King-size bed and has an additional Twin Daybed with a Trundle and a 19-inch flat-screen TV. The attached bathroom has a stand-up shower. There is also wireless internet available for your use.

PLEASE NOTE: Stand-Up Shower Only in Bathroom (No Tubs), 1 Reserved Parking Place is provided. You must walk up 3 steps to reach this level. The unit is pet-friendly (for a small dog under 25 lbs) for an additional fee.

This Historic Sea View Apartment building was originally built in 1924 and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Each Unit includes the use of shared amenities that include: Two levels of large furnished porches for guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The top-level porch features a nice ocean view. Rinse off after a day at the beach in one of two enclosed outdoor showers, a great amenity especially for families. In the backyard, there is a patio with Gas Grill and seating available for guest use and a shared laundry room. All units feature WIFI access and Satellite TV.

Fun at Tybee

This was a great cozy place for my friend and I. It was a block from the beach and 2 blocks from all the great restaurants in the area. The place was quiet and quaint. Will definitely stay there again for my next visit to Tybee.

Very Nice Straightforward Property

A very nice place to come back to after exploring Savannah all day. Clean rooms clean bathroom, and on-site parking. Very good communication from the property manager before and throughout the stay.

Spring break getaway

This rental property is exactly like the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The location to the beach couldn’t have been better! We parked our car and never needed it again the whole visit. Easy walk to pier, beach, restaurants. Would come again!

This is an older property with good upgrades. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Bath area has also been upgraded but needs a little more like safety grab bar for shower. Floors are good but not all level throughout unit. Busy street in the summer months but short walk to the beach and several restaurants.

Perfect Location

The property is very clean and decorated nicely. We parked our vehicle when we arrived and didn’t have to drive anywhere until it was time to leave. We were able to walk to most restaurants on the island and to the pier. The beach access is a short walk and although it was a holiday weekend, we had plenty of room on the beach to play. We will stay here again!

This would be a 5 star review...if the added toilet room/shower was better. Great location, clean apartment(not a condo), attached parking, good shared laundry room and porch. As someone that travels a few times a year, the shower is something that can make or break the stay. This wasn't a deal breaker, but kept the stay from being a 5 star. Outstanding communication and great people to deal with. Tybee vacation rentals were good people

It was OK....

Some might like this house. Good location, very close to the beach with off street parking in a location where parking is hard to find. The cabinets kept opening and often hit me in the head. The ice maker did not work. The shower had mold between tiles and the drain cover came off with each shower. You could hear the person above walking around and snoring. There were only 4 wine glasses, and each one was different. The price was reasonable, and these were some of the reasons why.

A little more well used than it seems in pictures. Showering is like being in a cavern. AC wasn't checked to make sure it was working before we got there so we came into an 80 degree house. Fortunately repair was done within a couple hours. But was still annoying considered you don't get to check in until after 4pm. Was nice it is 4 houses from beach entrance and walking distance to pier and some restaurants.

Awesome location! Old home so, the ceiling creaked a bit with the upstairs tenants walking around., etc. Other tenants had some barking dogs. Other than that, everything was great.

Family Stay at Tybee Island

We enjoyed the location of the apartment as it was only a few houses from the beach and 1 to 2 blocks from restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and accommodated our family well. If I had to mention a con, it would be the number of HUGE flies that kept getting in the cottage. The owners may want to do some additional spraying around the cottage to accommodate the beach flies. Lastly, some repairs need to be made in the shower. The drain was loose and the towel rack was too however, keep in mind that these are easy fixes and did not take away from the quality of our stay. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Coastal Soul Cottage

We absolutely loved this home. It was perfect size for us. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog. We really enjoyed our stay here. Much much better than a previous visit at another rental. The master bed was very comfortable. House was very clean and was decorated so cute. Would definitely recommend and will likely rent this home again in the future!
