Riviera de Santa Cristina XIII - Waterfront Ranch for 12 people
House in gated community with capacity for 12 people distributed by 4 Suites (are 3 double beds and 6 single beds). The House has integrated environments with living room with fireplace, 1 toilet, games room, dining room with table for 12 people (can enlarge up to 20 people), large barbecue area, orchard with fruit trees and direct access to the dam. . Our house is called Ranchinho affectionately for its creator and brings different decoration with theme of the Brazilian Railroad. Large spaces for you to enjoy and play sports in the condominium clubs and the Jurumirim dam.
