The majestic cliffs are not only scenic, but also provide great wind breaks meaning you can almost always find calm water. The property is two-storey, with upstairs offering kitchen, dining area and lounge room with leather lounge suite including a double sofa bed. This room leads out to a generous balcony from which the views of Big Bend can be enjoyed at its most. With modern furnishings the upstairs room is cosy but very comfortable. Upstairs and downstairs is accessed via external stairs. Downstairs is the recently renovated main bedroom and and bathroom. The bedroom sleeps 6 with two triple bunks. Beautiful lawn area surrounds the property down to the water's edge to the private jetty. Boat ramp is 2 minute drive away. With the sun reflecting on the cliffs it makes a much sought-after photo opportunity.
This one bedroom property can sleep a maximum of 8 people with two triple bunks (two double beds and two single bunk beds) and a double sofa bed upstairs in the lounge room.
Tenants must bring all linen including sheets, quilts and towels.
There is no internet at the property and phone service is limited with Telstra and there is virtually no service for other phone providers.
Longer term rental will be considered at a discounted rate.
